Ridiculous, got the best package, asked Jose for a refund, he said “no refund”. Good cleaning, good customer service, definitely recommend wasting your money here

was able to go to my Chantilly flagship today after it being closed for over a week, and I was so excited!! first that I could get my dirty car washed at my local favorite and second on the wonderful improvements that were made. I share in the excitement with the management team, the car wash looks great, the improvements were needed and kudos to them for taking a "L" for over a week and getting it done! Glad you are back up and running, we missed ya!

This review should get a zero stars for stealing handicap parking placard... take EVERYTHING out of your car.. no honest people at this car wash location...

I was initially satisfied with the subscriptions at this car wash, but have been consistently disappointed by the lack of tire shine. Despite it being advertised on the website as a feature of the monthly subscription package I pay for, it hasn't been applied the last several times I've been there over multiple months. Flagship responded to my review initially and stated they'd look into this matter, but months have passed and nothing has changed. I took this photo immediately after getting back from the carwash, and no tire shine had been applied.

I went to flagship car wash in today to get interior detailing, he said it will be 75$ I accept it and after 2 hours the car is not clean enough, the car trunk is not clean, underneath the seats totally missed, the seats not clean, he just cleaned the body, is this called interior cleaning?!!

Make sure you have at least 45min if you want outside and inside cleaned. Incredibly slow and always backed up. I hate that flagship bought every car wash in the area and doesn't provide good service. I called and they gave me a free deluxe wash for my trouble... thanks for the free wash(when I already have a monthly membership) but I don't have 45min to an hour! Annoying! I have the pass to go to multiple locations but Herndon and One Loudoun are the only locations I've found that don't take minimum 45minutes.

My loyal Acura MDX is reaching its 100,000 miles. I bought her to Flagship for royal treatment. Operating car wash service is a tough business, especially in a busy time in hot summer. Progress has been made over the year. If you are not satisfied, politely share with George, Manager, he took good care of me. I will schedule a car detailed service next week. Thanks.

Awful. I hate that they have bought all the car washes in NOVA leaving us with no other options. I loved the south riding and Herndon locations before they were bought by flagship. Today, I have been at flagship South Riding for 30minutes and my car has yet to enter the inside area for them to clean my interior. The moving floor is broken. This caused them to have to pause the wash multiple times. When a part of the car wash is broken they should warn customers before entering that it will take at least twice the usual amount of time. The interior and exterior should take 20min. This will be a minimum 45minute ordeal! Awful!!!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I paid $44 but they didn't clean the wheel and vaccum the sugar on the floor. They tried but only less than half way. Overall the service is very poor and employee were either checking their phone or chatting to each other. No doubt the quality is very low.

Car wash exterior and interior is $36. Poor job vacuuming. They did not rinse the floor mats or lock them back in place after they removed/unlocked them. This could be a safety issue if the driver hops back in their car after service and does not check the floormats. They also did not wipe the seats of the car. Very expensive for a sub-par job. Terrible service would give 0 stars if I couldI used to go to them all the time and they did a good job but lately the staff has been very bad at cleaning and maintaining the cars as well as helping customersThe wash broke a piece off my car and they said they would check to find it. I had to follow up multiple times and show up multiple times for them to finally check if they could find itIt appears nobody checked for that part off my car and they simply said they couldn’t find itno to mention the wash leaves terrible water marks and steaks on your car and I bought the most expensive flagship wash and it left water marks and stains on my car to this day not to mention it didn’t even clean the original stains in the fist placedon’t get you car washed here the service has gone bad and the cleaning procedure is sub parwill never be going here again avoid this place

I’ve been going to Chantilly flagship for years and it’s largely been a hit or miss experience.. QC seems to be highly dependent on the manager/supervisor on duty. This last experience (ultimate package service) was probably the worst yet. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. When brought up to a team member I was told there was nothing they could do. Simply disappointing!

Very disappointed. After washing other found a lot of stains on the front and windshield, sand in the trunk. Also, they have broken the air fragrance. It's absolutely inappropriate.

Been here fairly often, but not since prices went up. I was surprised it wasn't busier, but perhaps price isn't the only thing that changed. The first guy lightly waved me in and gave the front bumper a cursory spray, all without leaving the comfort of his chair. Of course, that's the prep for bug removal, and when my car was finished it was behind two other cars whose owners were both complaining to the manager about the bugs that had not been cleaned off. The manager was insisting that they had done the best job they could, and offered no remedy. I actually worked in a car wash as a kid, and while my car turned out fine this time, I'm insulted by the laziness of the management and crew. When prices go up and service goes down, that's a pretty bad sign.

I went to this flagship car was about a month ago. After going through I checked my car, I had a few chips on my car that weren’t there before. I understand it’s hard to prove that came from the wash so that’s out of my control but I let the manager know that my car wasn’t clean very well which he didn’t really care. He refused to give me a refund and called me a liar.The photo showing the top of my car, there’s two big sticky spots on the top of my car I haven’t been able to get off, this is not tree sap, it is chemicals from the wash that were dripping on my car. They kept stopping the wash half way through because of the clutter of cars.. if you look at the other pics, my trunk wasn’t even touch, my navigation screen has a huge smudge mark on it that wasn’t there before.I don’t think they put much effort in cleaning my car, I called corporate about this incident And haven’t been contacted since then.Services: Auto detailing
