This store , doesn’t have good customer service. You order a part , he tell you it would be here tomorrow morning, tomorrow you come to pick up parts and guess what the part not there.This happened to me not once but twice in the pass month. One time I had to called Richmond to get the parts that was needed.

Unprofessional manager, got a bunch of cones off blocking the entire store at first I thought it was Covid measures and then he has the audacity to say it’s to prevent customers from stealing as if I was gonna steal something. Such a terrible way to welcome a customer I was actually there to purchase a $1200 part which I did but the manager was very rude and disrespectful

Knowledgeable and Friendly staff. Not as conveniently located and the warehouse is not as large as all of their other branches in MD but it's still good to have at least one FleetPride in Northern Virginia. Call in or Pay them a visit and they will help you find what you need.

Saturday, trying to buy parts, standing at a locked door 11:30, employees looking at me saying closed. Liars! Door hours say open till noon. Thanks for making money for Fleet Pride. NOT.
