With heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension in my family history, I knew I needed to change up my exercise routine but was clueless and nervous about weight training. Coach Kenny is simply amazing. He takes his role seriously, and we have seen great results with our daughter not only on the soccer field, but off. Every day our daughter has a session with Coach Kenny, she leaves proud of herself and you can see her confidence level rising! I would recommend his services a thousand times.
