Terrible service. I received a call and text saying my meds were ready for pickup. I went the day of, and then they said they were out of stock of my medication! They have been out of my medication now for 3 weeks!

As I’m talking to a pharmacist, a gentleman didn’t even touch his name. There’s two other Asian female pharmacist interrupting, saying no, no no to the service not knowing that I’ve been there earlier today and the gentleman has given me the forms and I am only waiting for the shots that my kids could take. No, this could have been resolved if there’s anything else, they need it from me due to the fact that I do have prescriptions from the doctor, yet these female pharmacist made the experience for the very first time at giant extremely terrible I do not recommend that anyone count on these pharmacist for any work in the future because it will be a waste of time, and they do not hold the word when they give you an appointment.

It’s my go-to pharmacy! I often visit this location for med pick ups and the pharmacist Anne and the staff are always very pleasant, hard working and courteous.

The service is terrible. I called at least 3 times to confirm my doctor call in for refill. I waited at east 5 minutes and got disconnected 3 times. I don't think the people there care about their services.

Without doubt the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. They are completely disorganized. The lead pharmacist behaves as. If you're bothering him. They have a pharmacy assistant that can barely understand English - it's extremely frustrating dealing with her. It seems that the only English word she knows is "yes" because that's what she says whether that's the warranted answer or not. They also don't stay on top of prescriptions delivered electronically by doctors. When you finally call to ask for the status, invariably they look in their system, find the request that has been sitting there for days and then inform you that it's not in stock and they need to order it. I have one recurring prescription that typically takes 5 days for them to fill. 5 days! Also, they send text messages that your prescription is ready and when you go to pick it up all too often it's not ready. I don't think I've ever gotten a prescription filled by them when there wasn't some problem when you go to pick it. You might ask why I continue to use them. It is because they are the closest pharmacy to me and thus the most convenient to get to, but if you have a choice, do NOT take your prescription needs to them.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy, never mind the grocery which I go elsewhere for that. It appears since the head pharmacist departure and with the new addition, the new people they added, looks to be all female not too impressed. Unprofessional and rude. The Asian pharmacist talking in her native language to the assistant of my order, after they couldn't figure out what was going on. Seeing how they treated other customers, making them wait, and being loud as if they're throwing a party. Sorry Carl, you're not with good company. Will be going else where to do my business.

Giant is generally over price for quality you get and customer service is awe full. I feel like I am stepping to some 3rd world country every time I am at the customer service counter no class what so ever bunch of people from India work there and treating customers very badly I only go there for the pharmacy since thy are the only nice people working there I go to Harris Teeters to shop Giant is only 2 miles away from me but I drive extra and go to Harris teeter to o shop
