We recently had GME install countertops in our home, and all I can say is wow. From the very first consultation to the final installation, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. GME truly takes pride in their craftsmanship, and the finished product speaks for itself. The attention to detail is second to none.
What really stood out is how GME manages to feel like a small, family-owned company—personal, attentive, and genuinely caring—while still having the resources, expertise, and efficiency of a much larger corporation. It’s the best of both worlds, and it shows in every step of the process.
Edwin and his team handled our installation, and they were outstanding—knowledgeable, respectful, and impressively efficient. They arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the job with the confidence and precision of seasoned experts.
Our salesman, Pete, was also a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly throughout the process.

G&M did a great job for us at the new VMI barber shop. Templating was accurate and Orion and Obo, the installers, did an excellent job on a very complex installation.

I want to take a moment to recognize Brandi Cockerill at Granite & Marble Express. My overall kitchen remodel has been extremely stressful (mainly due to cabinet delays, not countertops), and by the time I reached the countertop stage, I was beyond frustrated. Brandi completely changed that experience for me.
She has been professional, patient, and incredibly kind every step of the way. Whenever I have questions, she goes above and beyond to explain things clearly and make sure I feel confident about the process. She has a way of calming the stress and making everything smooth and manageable, which I appreciate more than I can say.
My countertop installation hasn’t happened yet, but I will come back to update this review once it’s complete. Even so, I wanted to share now that Brandi has already made such a positive impact. She is truly the reason I would recommend Granite & Marble Express to anyone.

I recently moved into my first condo, and by the time it came to get new kitchen countertops, I was exhausted and frustrated from being taken advantage of by other contractors. I called GME with a quick turnaround request, and from the very beginning I felt like I was in great hands. The process from start to finish was so easy, and everyone was very accommodating! I worked with Edgar, who was absolutely fantastic. When I went to the showroom, he patiently showed me around and answered all of my questions. I am very happy to have found a company I trust, and when it's time to renovate my bathroom, I'll be back!

Our installers, Orion and Obo, were fantastic--very professional, expert and easy to work with. They ensured the countertops were a perfect fit, and worked well beyond the usual work hours to ensure an outstanding final product. Couldn't be happier with the result. The new countertops totally modernized my kitchen, and the dekton product was so beautiful. Would recommend Granite & Marble Express to anyone.

The staff replaced a marble countertop with quartz. They did excellent work. I had been concerned that pulling the marble top from the kitchen cabinets would damage at least some of the cabinets. No damage at all. Same with the existing backsplash. No mess afterwards. Excellent.
The staff replaced a countertop in a bathroom. New countertop is quartz. Staff made sure that I was satisfied with the rock slab. Staff were very skillful in installing the slab, carefully cutting wall tiles that I expected to replace. Perfect fit. Clean operation using a vacuum to collect dust. Staff are skilled, professional, and very courteous.

Excellent service and good communication. Counter tops are high quality and were installed in accordance to our schedule. Very helpful when questions needed to be answered. Would definitely do business with them again in the future for similar projects.

All aspects of my bathroom vanity top replacement--from measurement through demo and installation--were completed professionally and the results are beautiful. Appreciate the willingness of Mo and his team to preserve existing sinks and faucets, which made the job tricker!

Edgar was great! Very knowledgeable and patient, with good attention to detail.
He showed us sample granite slabs, we selected one, had it fabricated, installed at the fireplace, and it looks beautiful.
In the future, we return to look at kitchen countertop and backsplash options.
