Very worse customer service, I went there 2 days for safety inspection, date : 07/29/2025 at 2 pm and talked inside person, he said we check 15 car per day, we will not do any car today, you have to come tomorrow before 12 pm. Then went there at 07/30/2025 on 10. 20 am then inside person he said we are full today we have to come before 8 am, it’s vary bad experience from them, waste my time, not recommended this place

While I haven't used their services very recently, I used to go to them semi-exclusively because they are conveniently located and allow for small services to be done quickly while you wait without making things up to add to a list of work to be done for your vehicle. I will say though that they have been making more people leave their vehicle and more busy where they want the vehicle for the entire day to allow enough wiggle room for their need to flex working on things. That has been too inconvenient for me as I usually have a tight timetable to get services done and my wife is often not available for following me there and back so that I can drop off my vehicle then get a ride to go later to pick it up.

Mike is the best. He provides excellent service, is HONEST, and always looks out for his customers. As long as I live in this area and Mike works at Gum Springs Auto Care, I will be a loyal customer.

Though I didn’t get my car repaired due to distance, the owner, Mike, was honest, helpful and kind. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided solutions. His prices were fair given the area and I would recommend him to others in the area.

I've been taking my cars to these people for inspections, oil changes and repairs for almost two hears now. They are good mechanics and very honest. They will not push for any unnecessary repairs. Mike, the manager, is very knowlegable and great to deal with. Don't hesitate to call on them. You won't be disappointed.
