1. Place has horrible customer service and they dont understand english
2. This place unhygenic they dropped a comb and tried to use it on my hair.

I had an amazing experience at Hair Sense! Pooja did my haircut and balayage, and she absolutely nailed it. She took the time to understand what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations. My hair looks gorgeous, feels so healthy, and I’ve been getting so many compliments!
Pooja is incredibly skilled, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout.
I highly recommend her and Hair Sense to anyone looking for a perfect cut and color.

I’m quite upset but still want to express this respectfully. I just took my daughter for a haircut and specifically asked for a bob cut. Instead, she was given what looks like a Thai cut. When I asked about it, I was told it was because of her bangs — but it’s absolutely possible to do a bob cut with bangs.
What’s more frustrating is that no one offered to fix it or even acknowledged the mistake. I’ve been coming here regularly and usually have a good experience, but this time I’m really disappointed.
If the stylist didn’t know how to do a proper bob cut or believed it wouldn’t work because of her bangs, that should have been communicated clearly at the start — not after the haircut was done.

I went for a haircut, Pooja did an amazing job. Even though it was a busy evening, she did a phenomenal work.I would definitely recommend her if you want a new, and beautiful makeover.
The team is very welcoming and warm. They make you feel relaxed.

Absolutely amazing work by Pooja- I had requested to have a balayage and Pooja went above and beyond to make my hair look absolutely perfect- she is an artist and her work shows how passionate she is about her job; amazing customer service by her and her staff!! Thank you again Pooja:)

I had an amazing experience at [Hair Sense]! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My stylist took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and did a fantastic job with my highlights. The color came out beautifully—natural, vibrant, and exactly what I envisioned. The salon itself was clean, stylish, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I’m beyond happy with my results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! Bad experience. I asked for a easy cut, my hair had to supposed to be straight and look this picture!! Plus on the website they say that the price for the cut it’s 30$ but when I had to pay they asked me 40$. So I said that the price on the website was 30$ and at that point the made pay 35$. I’ll never come back

Terrible experience! I usually love this place, but avoid the new stylist—I believe her name is Rosa. She completely ruined my hair and then dismissed it by saying, “Hair grows in one week.” Definitely not coming back.
Update: While I may not return, I do appreciate Pooja reaching out to make things right and attempting to fix what went wrong.
Although my hair is now finally even and shaped, it’s still disappointing to have lost my long hair due to someone who wasn’t properly trained.
That being said, thank you to Sarah for doing her best to salvage my hair, and once again thank you, Pooja, for your efforts in making things right.

I always have a great experience at Hair Sense! As a Muslim woman, I truly appreciate that they have a private room, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff is always kind, professional, and accommodating, even during their busiest times. I’m especially grateful for Pooza—she always goes above and beyond to fit me in and ensure I have the best experience. Highly recommend!

Just got a hair cut. Everything was fine until a gentleman walked in. The lady who was doing my haircut suddenly then decided to complete mine in a rush so that she can attend that gentleman. Usually they do a good job cleaning the hair after hair cut but she did not clean properly I had to take wipes to clean my face. I could not even talk as the hair would get Into my mouth.
