I came in and was immediately greeted, the man was super welcoming & sweet. My best friend came in with me and we were given A+ service and was done within 5 minutes for my fingerprints. 10/10 recommendation!!

It’s all about your attitude when you come in. If you are in a rush, not willing to listen then you will have a bad experience. If you slow down, have your documents ready and listen to what they are saying, you will be in and out. My fingerprinting took less than 5 min and the lady was very nice. Would recommend. ?

I went here for I-9 process.This was my third visit and when I spoke to fieldprint they said that the issue is all documents didnot get updated in the system as expected, when I tried to tell the same,he was strongly refusing to listing what I am saying and asked me to call fieldprint again.The guy who attended me was extremely rude and suggested me to keep quiet during the appointment.The person was not an expert in understanding what documentation is necessary. When I suggested him to listen to me, he told me to keep quiet.Please choose a center that has good reviews and empathetic employees who offer a good customer service.

It sounds like fingerprinting is not their forte. Hanmi's main business is international shipping - If you are shipping to Korea or China, this is the service you want to use as they can load your packages to Korean Air which departs everyday from Dulles, and it will only take 3-5 days at a reasonable price. It's faster and cheaper than USPS, DHL, etc.

I went here for I-9 process. Here are the issues:1. the guy who attended me was extremely rude and suggested me to keep quiet during the appointment.2. The person attending had a language barrier and could not understand or speak clearly.3. The person was not an expert in understanding what documentation is necessary. When I suggested him to listen to me, he told me to keep quiet.As a result of his behavior and inability to understand what documents are necessary, he scanned the incorrect paperwork into the system. This caused the appointment to give a FAILED result and would need to be repeated. Please choose a center that has good reviews and empathetic employees who offer a good customer service.

Had a great, smooth experience getting fingerprints done here. Visitors are asked to wait outside (one person inside at a time) due to COVID precautions, which was appreciated. The gentleman inside was polite, patient, and courteous. Overall the entire process took us about 15 minutes with a line of 4-5 people in front of us when we arrived (a few minutes prior to our appointment).If your appointment is during a busy window or a hot day, I would recommend dressing slightly lighter or bringing some water as it is likely you will be asked to wait outside for COVID safety reasons.

Went here for fingerprints and explained there were specific requirements for my prints and was assured there would be no issues. Now I have to go somewhere else to have this done because that information was incorrect. Total waste of money.Response to owner: I agree there is also fault at fieldprint but I was very clear about my requirements when I arrived and was told by your staff there would be no issues so you can't put all of the blame on them.
