Taylor & the hard working crew at High Tech 4x4 are hands down the best garage i’ve used/found in the Northern Virginia area. I have brought them all types of cars with all types of issues, and some of them needing some extensive troubleshooting. These wonderful men and women have always come through with great trouble shooting at a very reasonable price. This is very hard and rare to find anywhere in this area. I’ve been an extremely loyal customer and client of theirs for over 10+ years. I won’t take my cars anywhere else. They always keep me updated, provide me with detailed estimates that are very reasonable. They stand behind their work, and they always keep all of five of my cars on the road. They will work on anything that I bring them without any complaint or hesitation.
They just recently helped me on a JDM car that was only sold in Japan. The technicians were able to troubleshoot a couple electrical and mechanical issues easily and resolved these issues even without having any service repair manuals for these cars that were only sold in Japan. Very impressed with their quality of work, the way they approach the work and their pleasant attitudes. Every time i arrive with a problem Taylor & the entire crew at high tech find a solution. You guys make a car repair look easy and I appreciate you all.

I have had two wonderful experiences here recently (amongst great things to say from my family who are long time customers). High tech is transparent, efficient at assessing vehicle concerns, and addressing problems with your car. Their prices are fair and they do high quality work. I will not go anywhere else in the area.

I found out about High-Tech Auto and Truck center doing some research, I am the original owner of an older vehicle that needed some important work done it, and other repair shops didn't seem qualified. High-Tech turned out to be just what I was looking for, professional, high quality repair work and really great service.

Very pleasant very thorough and quick results. I am very impressed. Lived in Chantilly for 38 years never used them. Sorry I didn’t. I will be in the future. I now take that back, took it back to them because they didn’t fix it right and they didn’t stand behind it. They claim it’s a default. They had it all day and never even looked at it. Never go there again now I ride around with my windows fogged up all the time

The front desk Tim and Miss Taylor were very attentive, accurate and helpful to find parts, keeping me abreast of cost, and repair requirements for my old 21-year-old Chevy S10 and inspection of my 2003 CRV. Thanks to High tech and Tim, my car which needed a lot of fluids replaced and rear brakes replaced was taken care of and reasonably priced considering all the work to be done and it was done in a couple days. I called ahead a day or two before and they were able to get me in. They were also great communicating with me with any questions and concerns and updates including e-mailed online estimate that broke down everything to be done and you can decide what you want done online and it's confirmed right away. Also they are a certified shop so they use the best parts and fluids approved by the manufacturer of your car. Tim was also very kind and easy to talk to and the office is a nice place to wait if you have to there. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area who needs work done and will be going back again for any major repairs.

Brought a new to me TJ that needed some ac work done and the team at Hi-Tech Auto and Truck Center did a great job throughout the process. Did an honest and thorough inspection and the AC is blowing cold. Great communication throughout and will bring my jeep back if it gives me any issues. I can tell they are proud of what they do and it shows in how they run their shop.
