He was an exceptional personal assistant—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Mohamed guided me in selecting the perfect colors and made scheduling the measurements easy and stress-free. He is truly a responsible and dedicated professional. **Feedback for Mohamed K. - Flooring Specialist**
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mohamed K. for his exceptional customer service. Over the past week, Mohamed has gone above and beyond to help our family with multiple projects.
Most recently, he spent several hours patiently working with us to select shades and blinds for our entire house. His knowledge of the products and willingness to take the time needed to find the right solutions was outstanding. He never rushed us and made sure we were completely satisfied with our choices.
A week prior, Mohamed also helped us by cutting down 4-foot shelves to 3 feet, handling the task efficiently and with great care.
Throughout both visits, Mohamed demonstrated remarkable patience, extensive product knowledge, and a genuinely friendly demeanor. He's the kind of employee who makes customers want to return to Home Depot. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets him apart.

I visited the store yesterday and wanted to commend the staff member in the electrical section—his name might be Saiyed. He was extremely helpful, not only answering all my questions thoroughly but also taking the time to help me find the exact parts I needed for my home installation. His knowledge and customer service were outstanding

Had a great experience with a manager two days ago after a complete run around by multiple employees in the store. Today I called pro desk to place over &10k order. Got transfered 3x then hung up on. Called back and person couldn't answer basic question so he blindly transfered me to a dead extension. Order now going to 84 Lumber. This location is horrible

This location as well as a few around sell hundreds of RYOBI products. But RYOBI has the worst after sales service. Not to mention the poor product quality. Just after one season my 40v lawn mower won't start. To reach RYOBI customer support was painful. They usually have a couple of hours wait time. Sure they have call back facility but if you miss the call its another half day. Email may be an option which I have not experimented afraid of much longer delays. Service under warranty is a nightmare. For a brand serving such a huge market in Ashburn area with multiple stores, their service locations are far and few. And every RYOBI service location has its own rules as to what they repair. The closest service location to Ashburn for battery operated lawn mower is about an hour away neatly tucked in WV. So be prepared to take half a day off from work to drop off. And save the other half for pick-up. Such poor warranty service is partly Home Depots fault and definitely reflects bad on the store as they stock and sell hundreds of RYOBI products.
On the other hand I had a similar problem with my power washer (Sun Joe) - won't start. They asked me to try a few things during my chat online which failed to rectify the machine upon which they sent me a brand new replacement. Now, that's exemplary of standing behing your product. Not RYOBI's poor support / service. And by selling such products HomeDepot is doing a disservice to the customers of this locality.

Service was good, Employee Scott is really helpful to find required products.
Note: It would be great if you add which product is in which aisle in website and application. I can see in the Depot, but still it would helpful to reach product in less time. Home Depot is huge to walk.

Some of the Home Depots have been slightly going downhill as of recent. They have been out of certain items that I've never had issues finding. And the staff and customer service has been slacking for a while as well.

How dare you track me like this. This is the worst of privacy violations. I do not have an account with Home Depot but you purchased my data from a broker without my approval or without giving a viable data privacy optout. You are disgusting as a company and I will NEVER shop your store again

Called the Home Depot to ask if I could come buy to purchase 6 trees that would be picked up in one hour by someone else. They told me “yes”. Drove to the location, picked out the trees, dragged them to customer service where I was told that I cannot do this - even after I told the manager someone verbally told me yes on the phone AND the people in the garden center also agreed. Unbelievable waste of time and zero lack for customer service.
Taking the $1000 I was going to spend to a small local nursery instead.
