The customer service was amazing, so was the deal that we got. My sales guy Shuhib , is one of the kindest, sincere people you’ll ever meet. Cares about the customers, not pushy , and you can tell how much he genuinely cares. I would never buy a Honda from anywhere else, I’m pretty sure they’ll match or beat any other dealers prices. They did for me and I talked to like 5 different dealers. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thanks for the new car ?

Bought my Civic from this dealership last July. I've had no issues with it and it drives like a dream. Rojay helped me that day and made the whole process smooth. He made sure to throughly go through all the car's features before and after I purchased my car. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Honda Chantilly and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The service was wonderful. Arbab was the best to work with through the purchase process going out of his way to make the whole process quick and smooth, helping me to get exactly what I was hoping for in my car. David from the service department was also extremely helpful when taking my car in and patiently answered all my questions. He was very communicative as I was waiting, checking in to make sure I was up to speed and did not feel forgotten about. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive. Love my new Honda!

Bought a new CR-V today and Michael D honestly created the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. He was very respectful of my time, truthful about price and expectations, and delivered with 100% accuracy. Very hard to find any of the above when purchasing a vehicle. Last week I bought a Hybrid Accord from this dealership. Camile Baez was so kind and professional. She addressed my all questions and concerns in a very professional manner. This nice lady took care of everything things from discount to financing and registrationThe finance guy tried really hard to sell some extra insurance and made me slightly uncomfortable but I think this is his job!Camile was so kind to follow up even after the sale to make sure everything thing is Ok.Definitely recommend her as a sale consultant in Honda of Chantilly.

Was in to purchase a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. Derrick and Rebecca who helped me are outstanding! Their customer service, knowledge about their products and services is great and they were very thorough about explaining everything. I will definitely consider another vehicle purchase from here. Most importantly, they did not pressure me to purchase anything extra and just let me decide on my own.

We’ve always had a great experience with MJ at Honda Chantilly’s service department- . He’s Knowledgeable and makes the service process seamless. We recently were in a tough position w some mechanical issues on our 2013 Honda Odyssey due to age and MJ introduced us to Camille in sales as a possible option. She was so great to work with as well. Super sweet and knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles. She got us the deal we wanted and we drove off w a 2024 Honda Pilot. Great experience and would highly recommend Honda Chantilly for your purchase and maintenance needs. Don’t forget to ask for MJ and Camille!

We visited Honda Chantilly last weekend to test-drive and decided to buy a CR-V. Nathan was our sales representative and guided us in a knowledgeable and efficient way throughout the whole process. Something that I truly appreciated, is that once it was identified that I would be the primary driver of the vehicle Nathan directed all of his questions to me - rather than my husband. It was great! Thank you so much Nathan! 10/10 for sure! Additionally, I have to give a shout out to Rebecca, the business manager who walked us through financing our car. Her warm, friendly, funny, and welcoming nature made a very tedious process a lot more enjoyable.

Went in to buy a car because we didn't have one. We looked around a bit and Rojay Daley walked up and asked us if we needed help. He was not pushy but very friendly. He gave us space to ask our questions without trying to sell us everything on the lot. He gave us options. He listened to us and guided us to find what we were looking for. When we needed space to reflect on our options he gave us the space we needed. He provided that good mix of providing input /insight but not being pushy or slimy. Once we picked the one we liked, he explained all the features and we fell in love with it. We are happy to be driving off the lot today in our new car.

I went in today to get an oil change and the service consultant, Philip Lee was so awesome to work with. He kindly explained to me what service, other than the oil change, was needed for my car. He was super knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend him if you're ever in need of getting services done to your car.
