The highest rating that I can give. The nurses were sooooo knowledgeable, professional and personable. Made a tough experience easy. Love them.

This place might as well be operating out of someone’s living room. My nurse is fantastic, she herself has always been personable and very accommodating. The business itself though…a mess. I have started two new infusions here over the last few months, and both starters were horribly mismanaged. No one informed me how long the infusions would take, that they would be giving me Benadryl (how did you expect me to drive home?), or really anything at all about how their service even works. Don’t get me started on how horribly they’ve messed up the billing process. And the general customer service (again, with the exception of the nurses) is nonexistent. Every time I call, I’m interrupted consistently and no one takes the time or energy to listen to what I’m actually trying to address. That, or I’m transferred 5 different times. When I want to set an appointment, the office just asks me to text my nurse. Trying to schedule a medical appointment via text is just unprofessional, not to mention there’s no recourse if something goes wrong. Like I said, might as well be operating from someone’s living room. I’m pretty much stuck going here, but if you have a choice, absolutely avoid.

Every person from the door to infusion are professional and compassionate , which put the patient at ease . The private infusion suites remove anxiety associated with Covid 19 . Excellent care in a quiet and peaceful environment. Five star review !

Terrible company ! Nurses were very nice, nothing wrong with them. The rest of the company is very unkind, and unwilling to help peoples in urgent need of their help. I’m not kidding ! Not even under the current challenging situation with Covid they will not budge !I feel very frustrated and deeply hurt ! I never understand peoples acting like that I can’t accept that !

Nursing and delivery of medication was convenient and excellent. However, billing is were the whole issue starts. They insist that payment be made even before insurance is billed claiming they know the contracted rate and how much deductible the customer has. They gently pressure you to pay in full before the weekly delivery of medication is made. In my case the entire amount was due from me since the whole treatment plan was under my deductible. So I was clear that the insurance would pay zero. Every week I made sure that the payment was made in full. But now after 2 months end up with another bill saying payment was not applied to this or that etc. leaving me with a whole lot of reconciliation work.

Infuscience was there when my local hospital would not handle my infusion because they "don't like Orencia". I have had 2 different nurses who I truly like. Everyone has always treated me well

Over a period of 18 months, Infuscience overbilled my insurance by submitting reports with the wrong billing code. This has been verified by my health insurance provide. This systematic medical billing fraud resulted in my paying hundreds of dollars for on-site infusions that should have cost $15 per visit, my medical copay. The last bill I received was for $913 for one appointment. Trying to straighten this out has been a nightmare. Their billing office says that this is the fault of the nursing staff; the local infusion site says this is the fault of the billing office. "We'll look into it" is the only answer I can get. The last thing I was told--after 18 months of trying to fix this problem after I severed by relationship with Infuscience/BioScrip--is that this is "not a mom-and-pop company" and "we don't do things like that." Apparently, you did.
