Michael Walker has to be the WORST car salesman ever!It's been 6 months already and we're still waiting for a title from the DMV. Apparently Michael's operation was found by the DMV law enforcement to have skipped titles on their cars for sale. We fell victim to their scheme and are currently stuck with a vehicle that can't be registered or sold, can't be taken out of the insurance and can't be legally driven in Virginia.Michel Walker has stopped answering the phone and can no longer be found at his office.We have left this in the hands of the authorities, and feel that everyone should be warned about Innovative Wheels' shady practices.

Ask for Mike great customer service, honest about the vehicles and not pushy. Mike was very honest about the financing and about my trade in. He directed me to carvana where I had gotten alot more for my trade. Many other dealerships low balled me. Thanks Mike

Great place to buy a car from. If you go ask for mike. Bought a car 1 year ago for my daughter from mike. Mike was and is honest and very transparent This year needed one for my son. I didn't buy the car from mike because my son changed his mind about the car he wanted.I went to an9ther dealership and they tried to pull some mess and mike always told me it doesnt matter if we didnt buy from him but if we bought from another dealer we could always call him if we had questions and that's what happened. They tried to charge us alot of fees and mike called them out and got a us a good deal.

Scott wasn’t fully honest with the work done to the car, didn’t have a history of repairs, and did his best to not mention the extensive rust damage to the car. Additionally, he was slow and unresponsive in mailing me the title. Just not good business practices. I had to address multiple repairs right after I bought the car and he wouldn’t respond to my concerns. The back door lock was rusted shut right after I got home, I mentioned it to him, and he told me “good luck”. I wouldn’t say the practices were predatory, just not a good businessman. Wouldn’t recommend the dealership to others.

I was looking for a place where I can purchase a reliable car at an affordable price. I found Innovative Wheels, and it was the most smoothest transaction and best car purchase experience I have ever had. They were quick to respond to my questions, they worked with me on the price, and best of all I didn't have to go to the DMV. The car that I purchase is for my business and they were able to pull the title everything under my business. The car runs smoothly, low miles, no trouble. I have recommended this place to my friends already, and I will definitely continue to buy from here.

I purchased a car a few months ago and Mike helped me pick out a car that was on my budget and reliable. 9ne thing I really like is that he did a soft pull of my cresit to decide what bank to take me though instead of running my cresit so many times like other dealerships.
