Simple and fast! Can't really mess up your order unless you tell them something wrong! Just let the team know EXACTLY what you want and they won't mess it up. Team isn't very energetic so don't expect to be entertained ?

There is never a line here, but the people working are very attentive, quick and efficient. They are kind to answer questions and patient when deciding what you want to eat.

I recently visited this Jersey Mikes in Chantilly with high expectations, only to be met with a disappointing experience that left my taste buds in dismay. The sub I ordered was a far cry from the standards I would expect from other Jersey Mikes. Firstly, Other than plain mushrooms and some pepers there was nothing on this sub. No cheese, mayo, NOTHING. The bread was crumbling and dry. The roll was split in half and looked like was torn by godzilla. Either the roll fell apart or was torn, no knife was used the cut the sub in two pieces. I called the store and the person said that they made it and maybe the cheese melted away. I volunteered to send pictures but he wasn't comfortable receiving the proof of this sub. When I called was told I could talk with the area manager but I had to come in the store, no contact information would be given. Nope, this store in no longer on the vendor list, it's sub par or rather pathetic. Go to this place at your own peril, maybe you'll get Yuckly.

Bunch of children standing around cluelessly as you stand at the cashier waiting for someone to help you. The red shirt had to tell someone to do something. Self checkout machines have better, more friendly service.

Ordered online for pickup. Order was not ready when I arrived for pickup. Was not greeted by employees. Food was still delicious.

Jersey Mikes is always fantastic, but this location was just a little extra. Three friendly crew members took great care of me. Bathrooms were spotless. The mounded ingredients were bright, fresh, and inviting. Keep doing what you are doing at this location. Great service, great food, great experience.

We ordered two cheesesteaks. Fresh, hot, gooey deliciousness. Two employees were well trained, friendly, and cared about cleanliness. Hood lunch!!
