JiffyLube #03849, Chantilly, VA is fantastic and the BEST I’ve ever had the opportunity to experience. The 'Jiffylube' title is confusing, as the mass populace infers basic 'oil change,' which is demonstrably incorrect as this shop provides a myriad of mechanical tasks. From the moment I arrive they are cheerful, hospitable staff, and knowledgeable professionals who 'listen' to the client's needs and propose a viable course of action. JiffyLube's #03489, Chantilly, VA is hands down absolutely phenomenal! Big shout out to Tahin, Jose and Gary Rodriquez are the best! Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Just had my oil changed and tires rotated here - and, I have to say, I was so impressed, I decided to leave a review (and I never leave reviews). The best description I can come up with is that the staff at this Jiffy Lube - their attitudes, their focus on customer service, their care and attention to detail - they were outstanding. First thing on Saturday morning, I was greeted with smiles, positive attitudes, and sincere desire to help. At a price less than half of most places/dealers for car service, and a service time under an hour, I will not only be back with my and my wife's cars, but I'll be recommending them to everyone I know. Well done - I am an extremely satisfied customer.
