To start off with, Kenneth is most likely an excellent realtor to have on your side and I do not want this review to dissuade anyone from choosing him as their agent.My review is in regards to my experience with Kenneth as the agent of the other party. He was frankly rude in our email communications and would not communicate when he had indicated he would. Additionally, I have never had an agent speak to me as if I was a child who could not comprehend basic English.His skills as a realtor are not the problem, the way he treats people who aren't his client is. We decided not to move forward on a contract because of our interactions with Kenneth. It was simply easier to redo the process with an agent who was respectful of me as a person and respectful towards my time.

Kenneth is a top-notch Realtor who made every stage of selling our house feel easy with his calm, positive attitude and high level of professionalism. Kenneth returned our calls promptly and always made time for us. He did an amazing job preparing our house for viewing and took gorgeous pictures. He made sure we went over all paperwork thoroughly, answered all our questions, always accommodated our preferences and never pressured us. Thanks to Kenneth our house sold fast, perfectly in our expected timeframe.Kenneth is passionate about his work, clearly cares about his clients and values a job well done.We highly recommend Kenneth Wang for all your real estate needs!

Can’t emphasize how hard it is to find the best person for any task. I literally have a person for everything, my nails, my lashes, my hair and now my real estate. Kenneth is quick, responsive, knowledgeable, a great negotiator, and will not fail to find you your perfect home. We were looking for a house for our growing family, and our now not so newborn is growing up in mommy’s dream starter home! Can’t wait for our family to grow to annoy Kenneth some more for our next home! Would highly recommend to anyone!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenneth to purchase our first home. He was extremely savvy to all the current trends, especially during the COVID-19 market, and helped us find the perfect house at a great price.Regarding his availability and work ethic, he was always available and quick to respond. I myself stay up really late, and he was able to reply back with his opinion on listings at odd hours when I shot him a message, which was tremendously valuable since we were able to organize a jam-packed weekend of viewings within a week of signing him on as our representative. We compiled a huge laundry list of houses and he did his thing to get us time slots at each one within maybe a day, two days at most. Then he accompanied us and kept a keen eye on anything amiss that we should've noted during the tours. Again, this proved valuable since we picked our house that same weekend - if he was slow or non-responsive, it might've gotten pushed to the next weekend and I wouldn't be in my wonderful house right now typing this up.Kenneth was also prepared for the new COVID-19 restrictions and brought extra masks and gloves. It was nice that he gave us new, clean gloves for each house just in case. He was vigilant in making sure we felt comfortable and safe.Lastly, Kenneth is overall a charismatic and caring professional. Not only was he easy to converse with and had a great sense of humor, we felt like he truly wanted to find us our perfect home as if we were one of his family members. I give Kenneth my highest recommendation without reservation.

I absolutely would recommend Kenneth to anybody thinking about selling their house. He knows what buyers are looking for and made great recommendations when I was getting my house ready to sell that paid for themselves and more. He made everything easy and went out of his way to help along with way. My house sold for well over list price and within the first 24 hours. His expertise led to a quick sale at the best price possible and he was a pleasure to work with.

As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous and knew very little about the whole process. With that being said, going to Kenneth put my mind at ease. This is not my first time buying/selling with a Realtor and with all the agents that I had work with in the past, I must say that Kenneth is the best and most knowledgeable in the business. He makes the process very easy with the least amount of headache for my wife and I (which is an important factor since she's 7 months pregnant.) I love that he was always reachable either by phone or email. Highly recommended if you're buying or selling in or around Centreville. Thank you Kenneth we love our new home and esp Bear who loves the large yard space!
