Before today, I was very disappointed in lincare. Constant miscommunication, not reliable with supplies, and unhelpful direction. But, after today’s appointment with Gale, it has made my opinion of the place turn 180 degrees. He was fabulous, was very articulate, had amazing attention to detail, and I came out for the first time feeling informed and motivated to use my device. Making it a priority to have more people like Gale, I believe, can not only have more people have a positive view of the company, but have more costumers consistently use their machines and maintain costumer retainment.

My experience with Lincare was wonderful. Linda was fantastic! She took her time explaining the mechanisms of my new CPAP machine and walked me through how to care for it daily, weekly, and monthly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. She answered all of my questions and even provided a contact number in case I needed further assistance.
When I left, I felt confident that I could operate my new CPAP machine without any trouble.

I recently received outstanding care and support from Princess at Lincare. Princess made me feel comfortable and informed. She patiently walked me through the use of the equipment. Princess answered my questions with her clam demeanor throughout the process.

I really think the word care should be taken out of the name. After being assured that the machine rental and supplies would be mostly covered by insurance I am now finding myself with a bill of over $500 for three months! I am of course, unable to afford this unexpected cost, and was told that they would have to discontinue service if I can’t pay. Imagine working with people who could die if they don’t use your equipment, but cheating them into thinking that the service would be free only to take their life saving equipment away from them. This is literally theft.

I had an appointment to pick up a new CPAP machine at the Chantilly office. I was greeted by Princess who took time to explain the machine and then proceeded to check its functionality. She assisted in the mask fit as well. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer care! Thank you.

I would like to single out Gale Huddleston for special service. I was having several issues with my new CPAP, so I made an appointment with Gale. He was absolutely professional as he checked my sleep patters, then went through several masks, sizes and explanations to find the right mask. And I am having the best sleep I've had in a long time as a result of his expert care.

Assisted by excellent staff, Lynda, in process of learning to use the cpap; also follow-up meeting to adjust masks for improved effectiveness. She is professional, competent, helpful and resolved my issues in a cordial and patient manner.

For the second time, I submitted the “HIPAA authorization form” that I have to be in my dad’s account to talk on behalf of him. Everything went through successfully, and it allows me to submit the form. But these people are saying that there was a printed name missing. Then if that was the case, why didn’t it block me? Why was the form submitted successfully, and I got a copy of it too? They just like to waste the time of the customer to redo it or whatever. Very disappointed.

I use the automated phone system. It is greatly improved. My local supplier is excellent. He has provided excellent customer support. I also like the Notification to my cellphone letting me know that my delivery request has been received.

They never could answer the phone nor my questions on financial help. Tried talking to the manager and I still haven’t heard back. Smh
