If I could put no star I would!
I am writing to express my concerns regarding an incident that occurred on 7/18/2025 involving one of your staff members, LIUDMILA S.. My son,was treated very disrespectfully by this individual.
The staff member was yelling at him in a manner that was completely inappropriate for a child of his age. The tone was harsh and uncalled for, and I was shocked by how she spoke to him. If she had any concerns or requests, I would have appreciated her addressing them to me directly, rather than directing her frustration at my son.
I believe it's crucial for everyone in your establishment to treat all customers, especially children, with kindness and respect. As a parent, I do not tolerate anyone speaking to my child in such a manner, and I would hope your team reflects the same standard of respect and professionalism.
I hope that you will address this situation and ensure better customer service practices moving forward. I look forward to hearing how this will be handled.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Marshall’s.
I usually love shopping here and have spent a lot over the years, but tonight was incredibly disappointing. My friend and I got in line at 9:17 PM, well before closing time. The line was long, and we didn’t leave the store until 9:43 PM. Still, the store officially closes at 9:30 PM, so we were within our right to check out.
What upset us most was the manager, David? who checked us out and made us feel completely unwelcome. He seemed irritated and even said—twice—“you people just wanna get in line when the store closes.” It was rude, unprofessional, and frankly, unacceptable.
As loyal customers, we deserve basic respect. If the store wants to close the line earlier, they need to post that clearly. But until then, no one deserves to be treated this way just for shopping a bit before closing.

They blocked the entrance to the Restrooms so that the store's visitors would not enter them ?

Worst managers are at this location. You are better off finding another Marshalls to shop at.

So unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The second time in less than a year, someone took my shopping cart with staff inside. There is no way someone who was there to buy something will take cart with clothes and pay for it. So, it was some of their staff and no one wanted to admit it. And they can’t check cameras! No words to explain feeling where after hour of shopping you have to leave the store without anything because you left your cart for a minute. Shame!!!

I am very happy that the customer service at this location got improved so much. I gave 4 stars last year, and this year, I had to change to 5 stars. Employees were fast, courteous, and efficient. Thank you.
