I always receive great customer service over the phone. If it's with a live person or an AI chat. I get help. And I get help fast. This is why I have been with this company for as long as I have. Great Service.

No stars if I could! The amount of times I've had to go to the store to do anything with my account that was just opened not even a month ago is ridiculous. I can't make a payment. Can't close my account. Can't do anything because I was not given the correct information...what's your security question? what's your account pin? what's your zip code? I wasn't asked any of those questions to provide an answer when I was in this store they just set it up and sent me on my way. The zip code attached to it isn't even mine or any of my previous zip codes. This is a scam and someone higher up needs to display some semblance of customer service. How are they still in business with practices like this....is beyond me

Update 02/09/25: I emailed the guy and did not get a response. They just reply to the review so it looks like they’re providing customer service.
Original: Very disappointed! I didn’t expect much but wow. Came to switch to Metro and the story was empty. It was two guys there. The one who helped didnt explain the process, tried to ring me up for the wrong service, then said my phone was good to go. The phone says sos but he insist it works. I go to search the web and it says there is no data connection he reached for the phone as if irritated. Does something now it works. Before I leave I ask for a receipt and how do I get into the app is thee anything I need. He says no you’re fine. I said will I be emailed everything he said no it will be text.
I’m home and I cannot access my account because I don’t have an account pin and the security question I don’t know because I didn’t set anything up. He did. Horrible experience now I’m on the phone and they say I have to go back to the store

That woman who works there is very rude, she doesn't like to help, I asked her for help with getting a new line, she was rude and didn't give me a receipt, she told me she was going to send me the receipt to the phone, and it was lies, and she's still rude, she has Asus children at work that is not correct

The store was conveniently located in the shopping center. I visited last Sunday. Was very surprised they were not busy. The two employees despite one female that only spoke Spanish was still friendly and helpful. I made a choice to use the male employee who was proficient in English, so there would not be a misunderstanding. The male employee was very attentive and knowledgeable. He displayed kindness and patience thru our the tedious process of purchasing a new cellular phone. The store was clean and neatly displayed items. The product I purchased was handled with care and time was used wisely when assisting with phone set up.

Tommy Lam, his wife and partners are scammer and thugs.My Story,I have been invited by Pai-Yen Chung with the World Financial Group. They ask individuals to join and write down 25 contacts, either friends or family, to brainstorm with the list. Later, they took the list and called everyone in my contacts without my permission. Pai-Yen Chung and his team are just trying to scam the contact list for their own personal gain. Pai-Yen Chung, his wife, and his team of associates are a bunch of unethical people
