The store was conveniently located in the shopping center. I visited last Sunday. Was very surprised they were not busy. The two employees despite one female that only spoke Spanish was still friendly and helpful. I made a choice to use the male employee who was proficient in English, so there would not be a misunderstanding. The male employee was very attentive and knowledgeable. He displayed kindness and patience thru our the tedious process of purchasing a new cellular phone. The store was clean and neatly displayed items. The product I purchased was handled with care and time was used wisely when assisting with phone set up.

Tommy Lam, his wife and partners are scammer and thugs.My Story,I have been invited by Pai-Yen Chung with the World Financial Group. They ask individuals to join and write down 25 contacts, either friends or family, to brainstorm with the list. Later, they took the list and called everyone in my contacts without my permission. Pai-Yen Chung and his team are just trying to scam the contact list for their own personal gain. Pai-Yen Chung, his wife, and his team of associates are a bunch of unethical people

When I first came no greetings at all. Manager was apparently in the back on his phone! …. Also poor customer service! I don’t recommend I just came in for a sim !

My experience at the Metro by T-Mobile store located at Metro Tech Dr in Chantilly was absolutely terrible. On July 14, 2023, I purchased a new SIM card from this store. However, upon reviewing my account with Metro by T-Mobile customer service, I discovered that I had been overcharged. I am in need of a breakdown of the charges or purchases associated with my transaction, as this will help me verify and pinpoint the exact error made by their system. Although I was provided with a receipt at the time of purchase, it only lists the total amount without any details about the items I was charged for.I have visited the Metro by T-Mobile store on three separate occasions, and unfortunately, the issue I am facing remains unresolved. The management's inability to address this matter adequately is a clear example of poor management practices. At this point, I am left with no choice but to take further action. I intend to file a complaint with the consumer court to escalate this issue and seek a resolution.The disparity between the address you have given and the address on your receipt symbolizes poor management.

Terrible service from Ms. Marilyn, she did not want to give me anything at all, even though I told her that they did give my family members the cell phone plug and the case. I am left with a terrible experience of the way they excuse themselves.

I went to this store last week to switch a phone. everything seemed perfect until I found out that my SD card is not there anymore. I called & explained the situation to the lady who opened the old phone to get the tray of the SIM card and SD card. She was refusing to help and she said I didn't take your card. But I didn't even asked if she took my card , I was asking to check in her store in case she left it on her table or dropped. I tried to talk the manager, he was not helpful at all.I wish you could have a heart that feels the pain of loosing a pictures that you won't be able to find them anymore. It was the worst decision that I ever made to visit your store

This place worse service and worst management I have ever seen. I purchase a product that doesn't work for what I purchased for they don't return it or offer a different solution because I don't have a box. Are you kidding me. I have the receipt but not the box they don't take it back. Secondly the young lady at the counter tried to talk in Spanish like I didn't understand what she was saying. I let her know right away that I speak Spanish and understand what's she saying. The manager continued to state the same thing again with no secondary solution. If you want cheap products that don't work for you this place if you want reliable customer service pick anyplace but here.

Way horrible customer service lady refused to tell me her name beyond believe so disrespectful stay away from this place .i hope main office metro PC will find out .
