got a rather cold reception when I walked in. The nail tech was extremely rough with my pedicure and cut me about 4times. I noticed my toe was bleeding when she tried to put alcohol on it and it started burning. She clearly did not want to do my pedicure and when I stopped her a few times, she was
visibly upset like I did something wrong. I will never return to this establishment.

Horrible experience. Me and my daughter went there medi pedi and we had appointment. Technicians were very disrespectful and giving us attitude. Mindy was very aggressive while she filing my nails and hurt my fingers and bleeding. She knew that she hurt me but she kept hurting me more and don’t even apologize. I asked for acrylic tip with dip powder and asked for color that we wanted but she said they don’t have it. On the other hand other technician found the color that we wanted. After applying powder she even put layers on one hand but other hand she refused to do it even though I pointed out. She even did not shape my nails properly. Never recommend anyone to go to her for service. They are no longer providing same service that they used to provide. .

I am picky and the salon absolutely exceeded my expectations! Christin was a gem. She picked the perfect color for my set of “dipping” nails and they are done by perfection. Lisa did my pedicure and my French toes are outstandingly accurate! I highly recommend the salon and definitely will be back. Thank you!

From the moment I first entered the nail salon, one of the technician, Mindy was very snappy and rude. When I sat down, they threw a towel at me, pushed my feet with her hands, didn't file my toenails properly, and cut my toenails and skin with a cuticle trimmer. Now, my feet are very sore and painful. When I asked her to be gentle, she started mumbling something in Vietnamese. I was very uncomfortable. In the end, Mindy told me to wait for the pedicure to dry without using a drying machine? You can see from the photo, cuticles were not properly removed, and the service was absolutely terrible. The worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! I got my nails done recently and my nail broke within two days. I have showed a design and she did nowhere close to the design that I showed. The lady completely ruined it. Please dont get your nails done in this salon as there are plenty of options in Virginia.

Tried a couple times, with different services (plain mani pedi and acrylic nails) and both were awful. Gel polish peeled off after 1 week and didn't even have a chance to grow out. Acrylics were uneven, and started popping off my nails within a week. They put a really slimy lotion on afterwards that got stuck under the nails. Both times they cut the skin by my cuticles and I left injured....

This is my go-to nail salon. I've never left unhappy or had a bad experience. They have a TON of colors to choose from. The ambiance is nice- no bright orange paint here. They use liners for the pedi basins. My go-to person, Moon, left to start her own nail salon. Since then I see whomever and it's always been good (mani/pedi). Amy just did my nails and so far so good!

I needed to get my nails done but didn’t have an appointment but decided to walk in at 6 on a Friday and so glad I did. I had never been there before but decided to try it out since I needed something done quickly. Tiffany was absolutely amazing, she did exactly what I wanted and took her time and her pedicure massage was the best. Highly recommend Tiffany.

I've been coming here on and off for several years. The staff is friendly, and they have a few techs who do amazing nail art. They recently opened Nails enColor 2 a few miles away, and I've been going there depending on the appointment times I need.
