Charged me for items that my truck did not need. Refused to refund the money And told me to never come back when I questioned why I was paying for stuff that did not need to be repaired Not sure how this guy has a five star reputation on here because He’s a con man.

Horrible communication. I asked for a specific part to be fixed and was told I didn’t know what I was talking about. They “repaired” the vehicle with every thing except the part that actually needed to be replaced. Which I told them what part it was. Then I was charged for all the un necessary parts before I could pick up my car.

I found Nelson's because I saw one of their cars for sale online basically it was a convertible one of my childhood dream cars
It turns out that the car was a client of theirs and they had meticulously service for many years
I immediately bought the car without hesitation and left my truck to help them make some repairs that it needed
Basically either to buy a car they have really great cars or to fix your own car I can highly recommend them for either!
My truck essentially feels like new they do superb work and the receptionist is kind and attentive

My Lexus IS 350, 17 years old had many ailments. I gave the car to Rob at Nelson Automobiles. Rob did thorough investigation into all the systems of the car and cured all problems including change of rear break pad at a very small sum of money. I think knowledge of Rob is OUTSTANDING and his work ethics are par excellence. After curing the problem he did extensive test drives to make sure that the faults do not reoccur. Nelson Automobiles provided me great value for money service.
Nelson Automotive will be my go to shop, moving forward.

Rob and his entire crew were exceptional with service quality and repair! They whole team went out of their way to walk us through the process of what needed to be repaired, how to get the parts, and the time frame to have it all completed. Rob and crew were very transparent and professional through the entire process. They gave great care to being thorough and not doing any unnecessary repair services. They also checked in the next day to see how the car was running, highly recommend!

Finally a car repair business that really knows what they’re doing at a more than fair price. Nelson repaired a problem (caused by a poorly installed muffler by another place I mistakenly used because of a $5 coupon for an annual inspection). So after 4 other places (including the dealership) and none of those that could figure out the issue thanks to Nelson I finally have the issue resolved. I am telling everyone I know to trust they will get a quality service with qualified service people when they take their car to Nelson’s. They also followed up to ask if their work was a quality job or any issues…and i couldn’t be happier with this team of professionals
