Bought a 2006 Honda Element three years ago. This top notch company actually saves you money because they are perfectionists. Every spot of oil, every tiny rust spot, every mechanical part is taken care of and the cars are PERFECT. It saves money because you don’t have the usual list of repairs when you get a used car. Great experience buying a vehicle from Pouria. It was an older model car so it had some cosmetic wear on the body but was offered a discount to compensate for this. The buying experience was super fast and simple. Pouria made sure to address all our concerns and was very patient throughout the process. William did an excellent job prepping the docs while we went to go pick up a check. When we came back everything was ready to go. This is our second vehicle from Nine Star.

Great place. William helped us out and was professional and genuine. He was super knowledgeable, helped us get a great deal on financing, and even steered us away from cars that wouldn’t be as reliable for my needs. My 2012 Civic runs great and was a great price! Unfortunately the car failed emission test and I learn the exhaust of the suv I bought from this place was rusty and it was not repaired properly. I had to close to $800 more to repair it. Not disclosed at the time of purchase was the frame damage the car had and although it wasn’t on car’s history, CARMAX found it. So basically I sold the car to Carmax at a much cheaper price. I will never do business with them again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Nine Stars Auto Group. I saw a car I was interested in and we drove 2 hours to meet with William after making an appointment. The car was just as described on the website. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. William, PJ and everyone there were amazing and friendly and made buying a car so easy and simple. Would highly recommend to friends and family. They will answer all your questions and make sure you are totally satisfied. They literally bend over backwards to go that extra mile.

I bought a mini cooper from them the beginning of July, on my way home from the dealership i opened the trunk and the latch holding the deck lid fell off the car not even an hour after buying it. One week later the taillight went out. On August first my car completely died going down the highway, ended up being a misfire on cylinder 3. My mechanic couldn’t fix it. Now I’m paying $300 to tow it somewhere else. It may need a whole engine rebuild and there saying there’s nothing they can do when I just paid $10k for the car less then a month before it breaking down. I’ve already been without a car now for 10 days. Shady dealership, Be careful!
EDIT: you def did not offer me an extended warranty, a vehicle inspection doesn’t inspect the engine so that response was invalid it’s only for checking the safety of the vehicle. And for you to have the audacity to blame the way I drive when you don’t know anything about me is crazy. I’ve had a mini cooper for 10 years before this one and never had an engine issue before. I’ve babied the hell out of this car and have constantly checked the fluids. And the fact you won’t let anyone inspect their vehicles other than over the phone just proves something shady is up with this place. Which also makes me assume that you all are probably having your cars inspected over the phone, how can anyone tell if something is wrong over a phone screen?!? They can’t

Nine Stars Auto Group offers well maintained vehicles in a climate controlled warehouse at exceptional prices! William Ashby provided excellent service and was in constant communication with me. In 2018 I had a horrible experience buying a vehicle online; William was the opposite whereas he gave me renewed confidence and assurance with my recent (August 2025) purchase of a 2019 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth. I got exactly what was advertised! I'm very pleased! He even went the extra mile when the initial auto transporter kept procrastinating about picking it up and delivering the car to me. William got on the phone again, contacted four other transporters, and got one to deliver the car to me within a day. Much appreciated, William!

I had an outstanding experience with William at Nine Star Auto Group. He was a top-notch individual, upfront, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. He didn’t just try to make a sale; he actually took the time to advise me on the do’s and don’ts of buying a USED car, which I truly appreciated.
When I first came to look at the car, the battery light was on. It was determined that the car needed a new alternator. The manager (I forget his name) didn’t cut corners he ordered the part and made sure the repair was done before I purchased the vehicle. That kind of integrity and attention to detail gave me real confidence in the dealership.
What really stood out was his follow-through. When I needed my temporary registration plates extended, William went above and beyond by personally delivering the updated tags to me. That level of service is rare.
I will definitely be sending more business to Nine Star Auto Group because of the stellar experience I had with William. You might come across some questionable reviews online, but let me assure you this is not one of them. This is an honest and sincere account of my experience, and I couldn't recommend William more.

I called last minute to inquire about a car that I was interested in and got a call back almost immediately from Ghazal. She was very direct and helpful with my questions on the phone and in person at the dealership.
