I have had the pleasure to deal with Andy Huynh, Parts consultant several times. He is by far the best parts person I have ever had the pleasure of buying parts from. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and represents Priority Nissan at the highest level. He is most definitely an asset to the Priority Nissan organization.

Priority Nissan has owed me $5000 since the time I leased a car back on July 31st. They continually give me the excuse that they are waiting for Nissan to cut the check. It is my opinion that Priority owes me the check, not Nissan. I made the lease deal with Priority. If they have issue with Nissan that is for them to work out. At present I do not know if I owe a lease payment or where this matter stands. I am not a happy customer and cannot give Priority a higher rating.

Brought a vehicle in to the dealership to resolve a problem. They "diagnosed" the vehicle without driving it ($175) and then proceeded to give us a bunch of recommendations that would fix the problem. We agreed to pay to have the vehicle fixed. $1,751 dollars later the vehicle still has the same problem.I spoke with the service manager, Joe three different times and he was ruder each time. Joe could care less about how I was treated. I asked him for a 50% discount on the work that didn't fix my vehicle and he refused. At this point I am looking for a full refund.Don't take your car here, You can get a better price and better service from a reputable local mechanic. The dealership has the time to respond to my review with a less than honest response but will not take the time to call and speak with me.A clear indication that this is not a business you want to work with. Stay AWAY, FAR AWAY!

I walked in for a Nissan 370z in Chicane Yellow. I knew what it is was I wanted and Eugene Lee did an amazing job walking me through steps. I test drove the car (6 speed manual) with no problem and in little as 4 hours I walked out with the keys. The cars been great so far and I'm looking forward to making Priority Nissan my go to from now on.

Bought a car from here thinking it was a good deal with good warranties and add ons but the service that is provided from the "service advisors" are terrible Lmao. I could do a better job than them. All they want you to do is spend money and try to scam that they are doing all they can when in reality they do the bare minimum sadly. I called to see about a claim and the service advisor said the claim was denied but when I called the claim people they said a claim was never filed nor did anyone give them a call about my car. So I would not recommend anyone buying a car or getting service from here.

Steven Monaghan is amazing and extremely professional, and made this process really smooth and enjoyable. He tries to help as much as possible and made us feel comfortable while we were there. absolutely no pressure and nothing was pushed or rushed. He and Vladimir go above and beyond for the customer. Mohammad Khadrah made buying my Rogue an amazing experience. He was not pushy about anything and made the process as easy as buying a car could be. He's a younger guy but has a lot of passion for what he does and knows his stuff. I highly recommend using Mohammad if you're interested in purchasing a Nissan.

I have been coming to this Dealership for almost 5 years. I have never been disappointed before until now. I was assigned to a service advisor named Rico Meza. He is by far the worst and most arrogant Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. Left my car Friday last week for a Saturday morning appointment. He texted Saturday and never heard from him again. I called the dealership on Tuesday but he had already left so the person i talked to on the phone said he will left him a message to give me a call Wednesday. Today is Thursday and still havent gotten any call from him or the dealership so i went to the dealership to see what is going on. only to find out that they only changed my oil and didnt changed my batteries or the light bulb that i asked to be replaced. No apologies came from this person. No compassion No remorse. They had just lost another business. Im not coming back to this place!

When I bought my new car here 2 years ago, the sales guy spoke directly to my boyfriend the whole time and ignored me. Guess who had the money and was buying the car? Me. Who did he offer a test drive to? The dude. Who did he talk to during "negotiations"? Of course, it wasn't me. So that irritated me but I got the car I wanted and left that irritation behind me.I got Priority for Life which includes oil changes and safety inspections. Cool, thought that would be great. But upon arrival they immediately try to upsell me. Ask for the exact details of what they plan to do to your car before you hand it over, including the price. Check your manufacturer manual to see what is required/recommended before they try to add on unnecessary or overpriced services. Yes, many mechanics and auto shops will do the same (especially if you are a woman by yourself, like me), but it is annoying to not be told exactly what they plan to do to your car before they go ahead with it.For me, they said an engine filter change would be $70 and an air cabin filter change alone would be over $200. That's just ridiculous. The 20k service was already going to be $229 before the filters. I immediately googled the filters and said - wait these filters? Like a $15 filter? And he said well I don't know what you need I just know it costs $70 here. Ok car expert, you don't know you are charging way too much for what you're selling? As soon as I said the boyfriend would do the filter changes they stopped trying to persuade me to purchase other services. They also planned to do a brake line flush before the recommended time frame for my vehicle. I only know this because I asked for a breakdown of their planned service. I guess I should have done so at the beginning but I trusted I was getting 20k maintenance. Checking and adding brake fluid if needed? Yes. But a complete brake fluid flush doesn't really need to be done before 30k miles. If the brake fluid is not clear or brakes are making weird sounds, yes. I don't know if this was an add-on service or how they add up the total cost of maintenance, but it was extraneous so... probably.Ultimately I just got the oil change for free under my Priorities for Life deal. Lastly, my appointment was for 11am (I got there on time - see receipt) and I didn't drive out of there for 2 hours. Mind you ALL they ended up doing was an oil change. And when I got there, there were *no* other cars waiting with an assortment of mechanics hanging out and Marlow told me it was slow which was apparently "good for me." Marlow is the salesman who unfortunately doesn't know the price of air filters. 2 stars because I love my car and the employees are mostly polite.. Sure, internally they are trying to scam you and think you're an idiot, but externally they are polite. Also, the bathrooms are clean. I don't anticipate returning for maintenance here. I thought my car would be in better hands with the dealership but it is too much trouble dealing with them and frankly offensive that they thought I'd pay extra for easy service and cheap parts. I prefer to trust the person I bring my car to. Do not recommend.
