Customer service is not very good. I Did powder dip manicure twice nails with Salina and they started to peel off within hours. I went back to get them fixed and she was very rude about re-doing my nails.
I came in today for a pedicure with Nina, even though I had an appointment they kept me waiting without acknowledging me, so I walked out.

i’ve been going to NV nails for a couple years now. I always see Salina and she does an amazing job everytime but all the other techs are great too. The place is very clean and quiet. I am never disappointed when I get my nails done at NV nails :)

I went to this place to get my nails done and it was a disaster. The lady cut my nails, which were long, and ended up giving me acrylics without me asking her to cut them so short. Besides, my nails looked horrible.

Came in for a manicure and pedicure today and for once I wasn’t pressured in to getting a gel pedicure. Andy did my services and he was amazing, he really took his time doing everything and paid attention to detail while painting as well. He would go back and fix things when he really didn’t have to, and it just shows how much effort he puts into his services.

Very bad experience here. Lady was rude when i said i didn’t want gel, was mean to me when i said if she could be more gentle because it felt as if she cut me with the tool ( i bled ) laughed at me and said that i was too sensitive. Unbelievable. I love Andy, he is always so sweet and gentle but because of this bad experience i won’t be back.

The nail spa experience was excellent. Skilled technicians, a wide range of colors, and a relaxed atmosphere made it enjoyable. My nails look great, and the overall service was top-notch. Ideal for a quick and satisfying nail care session.

I felt bad to leave a 1 start here. But please take it for staff improvement area.
I was a return customer intend to do the gel manicure yesterday but the nail tech took the process so long (almost 1 hour) to do the mani. I ended up having only manicure only and they extra charge for another 5$. My nail is not clean. still have old stain for the last gel. Now I am celebrating my "not good looking" nail for the holiday season

I got my nails today they where not good. There was this guy who did my nails and he didn’t do the finishing properly. He made my thumb finger nails look thick also he plucked my skin out I would never go back this salon again. Very bad
