“Ever since an exceptionally bad experience elsewhere (that left me with a seized engine after a half-complete oil change), I've been taking my Mini to My Dad's Auto. They handled the initial experience SO well. They were incredibly patient and lovely to work with. I've gone back to them for the past two years to get oil changes and state inspections done. I have no intentions of going anywhere else, and why would I? They take great care of my car, are lovely to work with, and their prices are competitive. Plus, it's not worse the risk of dealing with another seized engine... Again. I highly highly recommend them!”

Personable group of guys who treat first time customers like long time ones. Went to them first for handlebar replacement on my 98 Electra glide and can back for a rear brake rebuild.”

“was able to go to my Chantilly flagship today after it being closed for over a week, and I was so excited!! first that I could get my dirty car washed at my local favorite and second on the wonderful improvements that were made. I share in the excitement with the management team, the car wash looks great, the improvements were needed and kudos to them for taking a "L" for over a week and getting it done!
