Knowledge, value, courtesy, communication, context, presentation of options, guidance, you'll find them all here. Without getting into the specifics of the situation with my Porsche Cayenne, IMA's solution was ~$8k cheaper than the dealer's. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but leaving this to help others who find themselves faced with a similar set of circumstances.”

After the dealer quoted me their outrageously high price, I decided to use this shop to replace the battery module. The price was really reasonable and the experience was simply awesome. “Taylor & the hard working crew at High Tech 4x4 are hands down the best garage i’ve used/found in the Northern Virginia area. I have brought them all types of cars with all types of issues, and some of them needing some extensive troubleshooting. These wonderful men and women have always come through with great trouble shooting at a very reasonable price. This is very hard and rare to find anywhere in this area. I’ve been an extremely loyal customer and client of theirs for over 10+ years. I won’t take my cars anywhere else. They will work on anything that I bring them without any complaint or hesitation.
They just recently helped me on a JDM car that was only sold in Japan. The technicians were able to troubleshoot a couple electrical and mechanical issues easily and resolved these issues even without having any service repair manuals for these cars that were only sold in Japan. Very impressed with their quality of work, the way they approach the work and their pleasant attitudes. Every time i arrive with a problem Taylor & the entire crew at high tech find a solution. You guys make a car repair look easy and I appreciate you all.

“My nephew recommended them to me,honestly I'm taking my car nowhere else,they did oil changes on my 2018 Fiesta b4 I crashed it,now I have a 2011 Mini Cooper s clubman,had an overheating problem,went somewhere else & those thieves wanted to charge me $900 to change 4 hoses when only 1 was bad,Cbss fixed it for me only one hose needed changing,now my Mini developed a devasting oil leak,they took 3 days to fix it,,so I stayed home for a couple days,I needed the rest,trust me No-one else will EVER look at my car EVER AGAIN,?????? Jamaicans don't lie when it comes to fi dem vehicles.Now me is going to work on Monday ?.”
