I had a great experience with this Om Sai computer repair service ( Sachin) . I had a broken screen for my lenovo laptop the repair was done quickly ( ordering parts and repair in 2 days) and at a fair price. What stood out the most was the open and clear communication throughout the process — I always knew what was happening and what to expect. Highly recommend

Had a very good experience and had to change the hard disk and RAM in an older PC. Very knowledgeable ,transparent and ease of service. Would recommend instead of going to big box stores who fleece you.

Over the weekend, my laptop completely stopped working and wouldn’t even turn on. With a very important meeting scheduled for Tuesday, I dropped it off on Monday with Sachin at Om Sai Consulting and he diagnosed and revived it that same day. Unfortunately got my hard disk completely destroyed, and was not sure what to do. After some search came across Om Sai. Sachin was excellent with the diagnosis and all the inputs for my issues. He was able to quickly fix my issue with a new hard disk and also gave me all the required inputs to get data retrieved from my damaged hard disk.

Excellent! I called Sachin today as my laptop wouldn’t turn on. He explained the diagnostic fee and options that I would have depending on what he finds. I dropped off the laptop and a few hours later he called me to tell me that he had fixed everything. He also explained what happened and what he did to fix it. I was able to pick up the same day. The price was super reasonable and I highly recommend Sachin to those looking for service.
