Horrible customer service. Wasn’t spoken to when I entered the store. The cashier (a black woman), did not open her mouth at all. She checked us out without even greeting us. She gave attitude when we added something else and didn’t say anything after we paid. My first time in the store. I can only imagine how she treats other customers. It cost nothing to speak and truly be a nice person.

Great place for all animals. Just wished they cleaned a little more in the store. Smells like you’re walking into a cat litter box but what can you expect from a pet store. Highly recommend them power washing their entrance as it’s a strong odor walking in

Updated on Jan 27, 2024 Porsche's just graduated from her intermediate class at Petsmart today! We just can't thank Lee enough for working with us in the past few months. Porsche is not the only one who's learned a lot, but my husband and I have also learned so much throughout the course. We did miss one class, but Lee did her best to help us catch up, and I was so grateful for that! You will never feel left out in class, and maybe I was just very lucky as Porsche's classmates and their families are very nice. Everyone was very supportive and kind, and with Lee being an amazing instructor as always, Porsche was always super excited when coming to class. That's exactly what you want for your puppers! And I just have to say it again, thank you so much, Lee! We would have been so lost and could have repeated the same mistakes in training Porsche as we did with our first pup if it weren't for you! I'll forever be grateful for your help, and I'm sure Porsche would have said the same if she could speak . We'll see you in summer!

The customer service here today was incredibly disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes before closing to exchange a sick fish that had passed away after having it for just two days. Despite the 14-day return policy, I was told I couldn't exchange the fish because the staff member from pet care had left 30 minutes earlier (a whole hour before closing). I was told there were only two staff members left in the store and one guy hadn’t been trained to scoop fish. Anyways, the other person I dealt with who was trained on scooping fish, Alexis, was extremely rude and refused to assist me even though she had sold me the sick fish just two days before. It was frustrating to be told that I'd have to pay a price difference if I were to do an exchange and get the exact same fish simply because I used my petsmart points to purchase the sick fish. This made absolutely no sense because I was literally planning on getting the exact same fish. Anyways, I was more irritated at the fact that Alexis refused to get me a new fish because she was busy counting money 30 minutes before closing and claimed that she wasn’t assigned to the fish section today. Who else is supposed to service customers who want fish if there are only two employees left in the whole store??? Alexis' behavior was unacceptable, especially given her rude demeanor. When I came two days prior she was on her cell phone making a personal call WHILE getting me the fish that died after 48 hours. Alexis needs to undergo rigorous customer service training as she is the rudest person I have met in a while. I’m not sure why someone who works at a pet store has such a nasty attitude and acts like customers are bothering her by asking her to do her job.

The best most caring kindest staff your pet could ask for! We just boarded two dogs for ten days and when we picked them up (Bisbee and Daphne) it was clear how much fun they were still having! I called a few times while we were traveling and the pet care staff was always knowledgeable about each dog and provided plenty of info on how their doggie days were going. This place is truly a good place and I would not hesistate to send pets here. Also someone is on site 24 hours a day, which is very important to us, and a vet is also available. Ten stars!! . Lee is an amazing trainer! My puppy is very anxious and overall a very nervous dog. With Lee's help his confidence has improved. Still some ways to go but the difference is night and day.

A great PetSmart, with a great pet hospital and an amazing salon for your pet. This is our preferred salon for bringing our dog in for a nice bath and cut. The store staff are always friendly and the lines that check out are always short. Their selection of foods and toys and accessories is wide and the prices are generally pretty reasonable. Definitely recommend starting by for your pet needs!

I received an email saying that I can get a 20% off discount for ordering online, but when I went to place an order online, I didn’t get this discount. I felt very bad.Then when I went to the store to pick up my order, the cashier left my receipt for a strange reason.

The station for dog accidents was full and it smelled disgusting. The sprayer didn't work on the cleaner. There was urine all over the place. No one ever cleans. I cleaned up when my dog got sick. That's how I know about the cleanup station. Nasty place. Not safe to bring pets inside here with all the germs. We were going to the vet inside. I'm considering switching vets now. Never again.

I highly recommend the dog training course. Be sure to ask for Lee - She brought passion, common sense, discipline (for the owner and the dog!), and decades of experience supplemented with extensive studies of dog behavior. It was like magic watching her interact with the untrained dogs in our beginner class. I've applied her training successfully to dogs with completely different personalities, including my own anxiety ridden rescue dog and others' rambunctious, high energy dogs and seen instant results.

I come here to buy fish many times, service was nice but the last 2 times and Today, I am really angry . I feel discrimination from a Spanish manager. She was constantly annoyed with me. I have never once in my life bought anything that I had to return. Just because I like to buy a lot of fish She is upset with me, she is constantly upset and says if I buy a lot of Dead Fish I can't return it. And that's also the first time I know dead fish can be returned. But I like to change, I like to buy, I buy anything I want , and Today I bought more 10 fish and some decorating stuff and she kept telling the cashier remind me I can’t return ?

I went to PetSmart last Sunday , thinking I would be bringing a rescue home but needed to complete interviews. Still waiting for my pup, but everyone at the store was very helpful. It’s a great service they provide to get the pups exposed to loving and willing people who want to adopt.
