I came in with warranty questions as Hart Nissan closed without notice or recourse. Rico at the service desk spent 15 minutes explaining my options ultimately leading me to the best course of action. There wasn't anything in it for him besides sharing knowledge but this is the reason I will come back to Priority Nissan Chantilly.

Marlon is awesome! Every time I come in, he’s super friendly, helpful, and makes the whole service process way less stressful. He explains everything in a way that actually makes sense and keeps me updated so I never feel left in the dark.
You can tell he really cares about making sure your car is taken care of and that you leave happy. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. If you go to Chantilly Nissan for anything, definitely ask for Marlon — he’s the best!

⭐️ BEWARE OF PRIORITY NISSAN OF CHANTILLY ⭐️
I took my car to PRIORITY NISSAN OF CHANTILLY on a Friday to have two manufacturer recalls addressed plus one unrelated issue. I left my vehicle with them and was given a loaner. After the weekend, my service advisor, Marlon, told me the mechanics had not started any work and needed my consent to begin. I gave that consent on Tuesday and confirmed with him that picking up my car the following Tuesday would be fine—he said no problem.
On Wednesday, Marlon confirmed that service would begin, and again reassured me that next Tuesday pickup was perfectly fine.
Three days later, he suddenly told me that the loaner would no longer be covered. This was extremely misleading and frustrating, as he failed to disclose this information during any of our earlier conversations.
Because of this, I asked him to stop all service. He then told me the mechanics were “pretty much done” with the recall work, but still waiting on the unrelated part. I told him not to start anything further and that I would pick up my car and take it elsewhere.
When I arrived at the dealership, Marlon said that no service had been done at all—not even the manufacturer recalls—completely contradicting what he previously told me. This was dishonest and unprofessional. Not completing manufacturer recalls is a very serious and could be life threatening. If they can’t be truthful about the work being performed, how can I trust their diagnosis or recommendations?
PRIORITY NISSAN OF CHANTILLY has proven to be unreliable and deceptive. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to take their vehicles elsewhere.
