I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and truck inspected in about 35 minutes. In and out in record time. Could be because it was Veterans Day. Also, the check in was nice. The person asked what I needed and offered suggestions without being pushing to increase sales.

I called the service department and told them I would come to the service for an emission test. He says I can walk in before 5 pm. (Did not ask the person's name). Arrived at the service guys told me "No nobody works here for emission right now." I showed them my phone history time called the service department at 3:55 pm and arrived here around 4:30 pm they don't care.The first day I got here I never even made it talk to the service manager. I got involved in an argument in the garage where your 2 staff service were arguing with me. I want an answer to this. Please explain to me. If you want to kick out your own (customer) because nobody works at the emission how do you like?! When they tell me nobody works here right now. They are a reasonable human when they do that now. What's wrong with their character is. My problem is do you guys think this is okay? You guys a messed up with me when I arrived at the service. For my TOLERANCE employers argue or say nobody works here to customers is ZERO they have no responsibility. You proved to me how irresponsible. So here is the deal I am leaving I am NOT coming back again for the 2 next walk in or appointment. My advice to you is this as another human being they need some help from manager or mentoring to show how to respect customers when have an appointment or walk in. This is the first time walk in garage I ever walked out.You need add new policy is introduce their name (employees) when they pick up the phone talk to customers about appointments or walk-in.

I brought work material with me expecting an extensive wait time for service. No work was started until I understood exactly what was necessary/recommended. My vehicle was completed in surprisingly fast time, to include a recall item. Probably more impressive that all of that, was being greeted by name when I walked in the door. Great job.

Excellent experience at the dealership Jacob was a great salesman to me and everyone else that helped me out. I walked in there not knowing much except but the car i was supposed to see and Jacob explained everything to me. I test drove a few cars everything went smoothly and decided to go with the second option. It was great customer service I was asking lots of questions about the financing part they gave me great recommendations and multiple options to chose from, but nonetheless everyone was great, everything went well and I left a happy customer.

As a Contract Administrator, I was expecting a difficult experience. Eugene Lee made the process as easy as possible, even though the Finance Team was backed up. He made sure that all of my items were transferred to my new vehicle and even made sure I had something to drink. If you need to purchase a new ir used car, I would recommend the Priority Nissan in Chantilly Va.

Mohammad was the salesman who worked with me through the sale of the car at Priority Nissan Chantilly. Mohammad was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. He did want to be sure that I purchased the type of car that was right for me. I never felt rushed. Mohammad made the car buying experience a great one for me as a first time owner of a Nissan. I recently purchased Nissan Rouge from Priority Nissan Chantilly. I was assisted by great salesman Brandon. He has noted my all me requirements and guided me to get the good car. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. At the end Priority Nissan gave me good discount and delivered the car on the same day. My purchase including my documentation was in less than 2 hours. Great place to visit and buy the car..

Priority Nissan has owed me $5000 since the time I leased a car back on July 31st. They continually give me the excuse that they are waiting for Nissan to cut the check. It is my opinion that Priority owes me the check, not Nissan. I made the lease deal with Priority. If they have issue with Nissan that is for them to work out. At present I do not know if I owe a lease payment or where this matter stands. I am not a happy customer and cannot give Priority a higher rating.

We had an excellent experience buying our vehicle at Priority Nissan. Our salesperson Daniel was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, personable & extremely patient answering all our questions. Showing us various SUV's & allowing us the space to make a decision. We never felt rushed or pressured. The sales manager was also just the nicest man with helpful tips to keep our payments low. The finance manager was also very nice. We never felt hustled to purchase extras but we were accommodated to exactly what we wanted. An overall amazing and pleasant car buying day. Will definitely recommend this dealership to other folks looking to purchase a vehicle.

My wife and I worked with Eugene, who was very patient and informative as he showed us several Nissans. We liked the Altima so much and the service was so great, we bought it right there even though we had planned to visit several other dealerships before making a decision. They gave us a very good price and worked within our budget too.

First time customer here and this is the worst Nissan I've ever stepped foot in. My car has been serviced 4 other states as well. My husband scheduled me a service appointment (Oil Change) for 1:30pm, arrived on time only to leave at 3:45 pm. On top of that they did not even trip my oil change light. This Nissan is definitely not like the others, drive the extra mile and look into other dealerships outside of Priority, it appears they have their priorities mixed up.

I am writing this review to warn against buying from this dealership. A family member chose to purchase his first car with Priority Nissan Chantilly, and it has not been a great experience. After submitting his first car payment to the bank he found that paperwork with the incorrect finance amount was submitted to the bank. The contract lists a higher number than what was advertised, in addition to other erroneous numbers. The paperwork does not match the documents he signed nor does the paperwork that was sent to the bank give credit to the $2000 down payment he made towards the purchase of his vehicle. We have spoken with the bank and have copies of what was sent. The documents don't match. We called to rectify the issue with Hassan the finance manager and have not heard back from him. My nephew has had to revisit this dealer ship for several issues at least 4 to 5 times within the past two months. They make promises and don't keep them. Save yourself the heart ache.
