NOT A LAB TESTING FACILITY! This is a corporate building with no testing (per the security guard located inside). A paper with multiple alternative testing locations was shared immediately, save yourself a trip if you are looking for a testing facility.

I had my blood drawn 10/09/2024. Normally takes 3 days to get my results. I called three times. The woman told me the laboratory they send it to is in California. California is having issues with releasing their test results. I called my Geisinger to tell them that the woman faxed over my results to our laboratory. The woman from Geisinger called Quest in Virginia. The woman from Virginia said my labs needed to be done again. I’m past 12 weeks. So therefore I cannot get my pregnancy test done again! This was crucial for me to get done to make sure this baby does not have any disabilities. I called back spoke to another woman asking to speak to someone higher up she denied me and transferee my call back to Geisinger. That was unprofessional when I need to speak to someone higher up at the Clinic in Quest Diagnostic in Virginia not my home hospital. I need these results I’ve been waiting since the 10/09/2024. Now they need to re-test it and not get my results back until next week?! How can you allow that to happen and to treat a patient like that when I asked for someone high up in your business!! This is beyond pathetic, disrespectful, unprofessional, and definitely not accurate and promptly moving labs along! So disappointed in this company!

Apparently this mistake happens a lot. This is not a testing center. it's a corporate building. I submitted some info to Google, hopefully they change it.

We drove 38 minutes fasting to this google-advertised as open on Sundays for blood test. To be surprised that it is not open for testing only headquarters. The security person said it is only a mistake in advertising.

Company policy here requires that COVID positive employees drive themselves on-site to submit a COVID test so that they can continue to take sick days. If anyone has ever caught a bad case of COVID, they know how hard it is to concentrate and how much of a struggle it is to get out of bed. This policy continues to exist even after Quest stopped reimbursing sick days for employees with COVID.Please reconsider this policy for the safety of your employees and those around them.

ALERT ? You spend a bunch of time driving around this huge building and then go inside and find out it’s their corporate headquarters!! Not a location where they collect specimens. Quite embarrassing!

Leaving five stars because this isn't their fault - but Google Maps needs to change this listing to say corporate office. No actual patient-facing stuff happens here. Based on the listing, I would've had no way of knowing this.

I was carrier for dynamex. I delivered specimens to them and kept though up all the way to the them. Know one from the Lab could tell me what that was.

This is the corporate office and doesn't do any labs. The security was friendly enough, but I really dislike how many services are only available at a few locations.
