If you’re not American and they guess English isn’t your first language (even though I can speak and understand it), this is what you deal with — rude, possibly racist behavior. The forklift driver ignores you and unloads every other truck that arrived after you. I’ve been standing here, and seven trucks that came after me have already been unloaded. I’m still waiting! This is a horrible place for truckers. Don’t come here, even if they offer $6,000 — you’ll just waste your entire day.

They are very well stocked and the prices are incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful. They carry really fresh meat and deli meats. They have a wide variety of cheese and beverages. All your restaurant needs in one place.

I just left the store and one of the cashier's forgot to give me my box of UTZ chips that I already paid for. I will be returning in the early morning to see if we can fix this issue.

Certain things are ok to buy. But they canceled my membership card. Now I have to use a guest pass. Today they said I couldn’t purchase oysters. On average I spend 4-500 in this place it takes me 2 hours to process the food and freeze most of it. You save some money there but you have to purchase too much. Chicken 40lbs minimum. If you lamb chops you have to buy the whole case. I have a large family and try to save some money. I’m just getting tired of there rules that are ridiculous.

Note . Please don't buy royal chef special basmathi rice from here . They are selling fake one . Rice is soo bad can't even eat .

I visited yesterday. The black lady at the reception front desk was totally rude. I have been customer for over 7 years.
Your customer service need to be remodeled. The Chinese manager and a black lady with braided hairs was at receptionist yester around 9:45a.m in the morning.
They are supposed to greet customer not the customer should greet them.
They don't answer your greeting neither do greet you. Which is the first principle of customer service. I also told Caleb a manger about the incident.
You need to train them again or replace them. I see there are many complaints about rude customer service.

Daymara is the slowest cashier, do not use her line…. Half the store is run by people that don’t speak English. The manager try’s to play dumb his name is Ray Mallon - needa to be up front and control the lines, people that didn’t go to school or can’t speak English don’t know how to save time.
