I had a fantastic experience at the Chantilly location of Restaurant Depot! Unlike the Alexandria branch, this spot is a bit tucked away, but it's well worth the visit. What sets it apart for me is the exceptional organization and the consistently well-stocked inventory. It's a real time-saver when I can easily find everything I need. Plus, the low crowds and ample parking make shopping here a breeze. Highly recommend this location!

As usual there is horrible customer service in this establishment. We been a customer for them for 16 plus years and chantilly location is holding us every time with a check payments even tho their manager Ryan told them multiple times that we are good to go and sorry for inconvenience, but this is literally happening every time Ryan!!! I guess your employees aren’t listening you

Not bad at all. Overnight parking available, check in at guard shack (the gate opens after a couple seconds), they will have you go park on street if you're not already parked. Then they will call you for a door.Go back in, past the guard shack and once you're in the door, take your broken seal and paperwork to door 41 to check in. Wear your safety vest.Lumper is paid electronically to capstone. After finished, they'll call you to get your paperwork. No guard shack at exit so you can seal trailer before leaving.Overall, only 2 hours! Great job, US Foods.
