Sarah Cho our realtor was AMAZING! She came recommended by family and was wonderful. We are first time home buyers here in Alexandria and not only did she walk us through everything she was professional, direct and responsive. She had great advice when we had questions and went above and beyond when we were in a time crunch. She was knowledgeable and I knew she cared about my family and was totally on our side. I would recommend her to my own mother and I can’t think of a higher compliment than that. I will 100% call her if I’m looking into more property in this area.

April was wonderful !!! She was knowledgeable and a very professional. She always made time for me and my endless questions. She was patient and she made an effort to assist me with finding the perfect home. She went above and beyond for me and that is a testament to the type of person she is. The Dowling Team (Mike and Jess) make a great team and we were so blessed to have them as our realtors. They spent ample time going over every detail with us to make us feel comfortable as first time home buyers. When we went house shopping and wanted to make an offer, they were quick to put the paperwork together and hustled to make things happen. We ultimately decided to buy a house that was in the process of being built and were pleasantly surprised when Mike was insistent and diligent about being with us at every meeting with the builder. We felt so confident knowing Mike and Jess were in our corner advocating for us every step of the way and loved them being a part of the build process. Finishing the build came down to the wire toward our planned closing date and Mike and Jess worked overtime making phone calls to all parties involved to make sure every detail was finished and every box checked on time so we wouldn't have to push out our closing date. We are incredibly grateful for that! We felt comfortable in fully trusting Mike and Jess throughout the entire process and would 10/10 recommend!

Kenneth Engram was very professional throughout the entire process. Everything he explained and told me was accurate. I never sold a home before, and he assured me it would be a smooth process. I love the process of being involved throughout the procedure and giving a 24-hour notice for viewing the home. It allowed me to get out of the home and let people come to view it without my presence. The inspection, appraisal, and termite inspection were great, and I was home to accommodate them. I could get in touch with Kenneth any hour of the day and if he was busy, he would text me to tell me that he would follow through whenever he finished up what he was doing at that given time. He made sure I was at ease while explaining everything he told me on the first day he visited my home. The experience was fantastic. Everything he told me happened with wow moments.
