Gas pumps not working on occasion, mild annoyance. Expensive compared to others, think that’s how they pay for decent service and nice lighted pumps. Worth a stop, feels safe too.

the cashier very rudely told us she would not sell my husband Zyns because i was standing beside him and i didn’t have my ID. i don’t use nicotine and we’re 27. really should’ve left our food on the counter and gone somewhere else.

Nice customer service, seats with charging station, Rick ..the Manager just as nice as can be. Places have to realize the term CUSTOMER SERVICE..it doesn’t mean bow down but at least have things clean, be able to problem solve and even be kind. They have that here. 👍

I rolled into Sheetz past 12 having not eaten all day, looking to get some food. I was just staring at the menu, absolutely overwhelmed with choices, until I decided to ask the workers what their favorite dish was. Mike not only suggested a fire burrito, but also told me exactly what additions I should get. He was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire encounter!

Their mobile ordering is where I have the most issues lately. They don't give everything on the app even though it's in the store but I'm ok with that to a point. However, when it comes to messing up orders, that's where I draw the line. Just recently, they completely botched my order on a salad by leaving out 2 ingredients and on ordering the sammwich gave something else instead. I should have opened my bag and checked instead of later when I got to work. I left 2 stars instead of 1 since they weren't always this bad but now my trust is low.
PS: As with the other location, same on the pizza issues and lack of choices much. Some people even tell me it kinda feels like big box pizza stores don't want any serious competition though I don't know about that.

The hispanic girls behind the counter will gossip about you. They were commenting about how I was buying a single cheese stick in spanish but they didn’t knew I understood. I heard them giggling as I was walking out; I turned around and all 3 of them were staring at me and they suddenly went silent.

Love this store. I go here whenever I'm in Chantilly. Gas and coffee and a smile are all we need in this world. I had a rough day and Leslie made me laugh. She's the heart of this place.

As an individual who has gone to numerous Eastern United States Coast bases convenience stores, I have enjoyed the art of the general store layout in addition to the presence of made-to-order food that has proven to provide much diversity to individuals in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Sheetz, a store that initially was established by Bob Sheetz in 1952 with origins dating back to the early 20th Century as a singular dairy store in a similar capacity to that of Grahame Wood's Wawa, which was established in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area in 1902 as a singular dairy store before opening as a noticeable convenience store in the Johnson Administration.
This Sheetz convenience store I proceeded to come into was a smaller store with an early 2000s store layout prevalent at older locations of Sheetz, with the general gasoline refuge feeding into the store's roof. Despite the historical architecture I often depicted as a niche sight in the contemporary day, the true aspect is the food prevlaent, using the made to order module of Sheetz, I ordered their signature Big MozzBurger, a Cheeseburger featuring Mozzarella Sticks, extra Provelone and Marinara Sauce and Curly Fries adorned with a Nacho Cheese seasoning and found the food perpetual, despite a mess up involving my request for lettuce, which they ultimately forgot despite my requests, and have proceeded to leave off a twenty first century in the process.
Despite the ordeal involving the lack of lettuce, the service and food diversity of Sheetz remains a perpetual experience for all individuals and in accordance with preference; may actually be better than Wawa in numerous cases and will return to other locations in the future.

My rewards card wouldn't scan, but no problem getting gas or paying. There was no wait for the pump either. I was happy.

Ordered today around 10 AM~ish. One steak quesadilla and one mac n cheese with loaded bean ingredients. Tall young white girl/lady with glasses and usually wears tight jeans (I don't know her name) working at the food service just puts my order on the counter without bagging them. She bagged everyone else's food but mine. Before I could even ask her for a bag, she went away quickly before calling for next order number. I had to bag my own food. Doesn't look good and I felt humiliated. She doesn't leave great impression.Whenever I come here, I always have to make sure I get serviced by someone else besides her; the short black lady with glasses is sweet and nice (she might be the manager). I come here a lot but I guess I will be looking elsewhere or I would have to be lucky and come here the day she is not working.
