How can I give this realtor more than 5 stars?? Selling my property felt like navigating a maze until I worked with Shoukoufa. From the get-go, her knowledge and strategic approach transformed the entire experience. She committed to maximizing my property's appeal, resulting in a sale that exceeded my expectations. I was so surprised that she was able to sell my condo quickly in this type of market. She provided a lot of insight that I will never forget and I know for sure I will work with her again and I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Working with Shoukoufa was hands-down the best decision we made during our home sale. She seriously went to bat for us at every single turn—making sure we were protected, informed, and confident through the whole process.
She explained everything in a way that actually made sense, never made us feel dumb for asking questions, and always gave advice that felt real and grounded. No fluff, no BS—just someone who truly knew what she was doing and had our backs the whole time, all while working within our means.

I worked with Shoukpufa to sell my studio in Washington DC. She was amazingly professional, super responsive and very solution oriented. When I decided to buy new appliances to make the property better valuable, she went and ordered new ones and arranged for them to be delivered. Shoukoufa was wonderful at finding homes that met all of our requirements. She took the time to thoroughly explain a home’s details before we decided to move forward with it. Shoukoufa was outstanding right from the beginning. I got in touch with her to serve as my local agent in an effort to find a rental in the north Arlington neighborhood. As we talked, I made clear exactly what we were looking for. Shoukoufa' started giving us regular updates with properties that were both available and shortly to be listed. Her local contacts with other brokers and her support of us helped us to secure a house that was about to hit the market, precisely where we wanted to be. Shoukoufa has been the most genuine and kind realtor the entire time. She was very knowledgeable and understanding when it came to what we were looking for. If I could give a 100/100 instead of just 5 stars about Shoukoufa - I would! She was everything that we were looking for in a realtor and more. Dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, engaging, communicative etc. I can’t recommend her and thank her enough for the value she brought to our home buying experience and she will certainly be our go to realtor whether we are selling or buying. Shoukoufa is an amazing realtor with a great heart. She went above and beyond for my husband and I. We are first time homebuyers and as soon as I reached out to express interest, she was on the ball having listings sent our way that fit within our search parameters. Any place that we wanted to view she was available the same day or weekends for bulk viewings so that we could check out numerous properties. The home we settled on is a great starter home and she helped us realize the potential it had to offer. She is a visionary and family-friendly, as at times I had to bring our infant with us. She would help out so we could adequately view the homes. Shoukoufa is a gem and I recommend her to any first time homebuyer, or homebuyer in general. She doesn't chase a commission check. She wants you genuinely happy with your purchase. She cares about your happiness with a purchase and along the way she could see some houses we were hesitant about and advised to not go forward on them if we had second-guessing and doubts, based off her years of experience.Shoukoufa, thank you again for helping my husband and I navigate the homebuying process and helping us to become first time homebuyers! Calling shoukoufa for the second time but this time to help sell my home, turned out to be the best decision of my transition. I knew I was getting a great person on my side, but she surpassed my expectations . I already had a solid plan to sell my home But she left me with a list of tasks to focus upon and prepare my home to show. She even rolled up her sleeves and assisted in prepping the house for market. In addition, she knew how to market my home. Shoukoufa brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase my home online,The pictures on my listing made me almost regret selling the place! It blew me away when shoukoufa called just five days after hitting the market with a great offer on my house. I accepted and she was there to advise me every step of the way all the way up to closing. I put my trust in shoukoufa and it paid off

First time Home Buyer here. I met Shoukoufa at an open house I randomly showed up at. She gave me an excellent first impression of her knowledge of the real estate market, explained in details how the market works and what to look out for in buying a home. I went back home, did my due diligence, and thereafter decided to work with her as my realtor. Turned out to be a very good decision. Shoukoufa communicated so well and was very responsive to my inquiries, even when I called at almost 10pm late in the evening to walkthrough documents with me. She made the overwhelming process easy for me. She constructively expressed her opinions, gave recommendations, protected my interest and she even gave me a buyer broker credit of a few hundred dollars. She worked so hard to making sure we closed on a house soon enough. Shoukoufa, you truly deserve the 5 star review you have been receiving from people.

We are not newbies when it comes to buying a home. But buying a home these days is particularly challenging. There were a number of things that could have gone wrong from the initial offer to the eventual closing. The main reason we are sitting in our lovely home, enjoying the views, is that we had a realtor who fully understood the process and communicated well with everyone—the sellers agent, the mortgage company, the title company and us—making sure we were all in sync. We cannot thank Shoukoufa Aboubakri at Samson Properties enough for the long days she worked on our behalf to get us here.Before our move back East, we had the good fortune to have the same realtor in New Mexico for 28 years. We never thought we’d have any luck finding anyone as dedicated, knowledgeable and meticulous. He will be very happy to learn that we did.
