Came in at the end of the day to change some accounts and Mirna was amazing, she stayed late just to help and even saved us money! I highly recommend this branch and Mirna!

I think it's time to change banks. Truist has closed several branches in the northern Virginia area. Sometimes I will go to one of the few atms to withdraw my money and the machines are empty. Very frustrating

I brought cash to make a deposit. I counted it twice and of course the guy who bought my vehicle counted it while he was handing it to me. I went to the bank and mysteriously there’s a $100 missing. Now it’s my word against the rude teller. I’m out a $100. Thanks Truist.

Everyone is great except the bank manager. My husband and I were just depositing money and the bank manager was kinda rude to another client in front of everyone else. I could hear the entire situation because the manager couldn't keep her voice low. She needs training in customer service. The manager must be good in other things but she needs training on how not to embarrass clients when there are issues. I empathize for the people she embarrassed. I never want to be in that situation.

Super rude. Was told that using the website for an appointment was ‘wrong’. Repeatedly make up excuses and started incorrect information on why they couldn’t help me.

Facility is understaffed and poorly trained. Service in the drive-thru is next to impossible and service inside the lobby is very slow. The manager is rude and apparently not cross-trained to assist the tellers. We want the BB&T level of service and professionalism back.

Why does it take so long to get service at the drive thru? It is like the idea is an after thought, if no one is in the lobby, then you help those in the drive thru lanes.

Customer service doesn’t exist in this branch. Drive thru is very unprofessional in customer service. Long waits in the drive thru just for them to tell you they can’t do more then one transaction just frustrating

Inexcusable and unacceptable that 2 banks merge together and only one drive thru lane is open! Possibly twice as many customers as before the transition and it takes about 30 min to get through the drive thru! What a frustrating experience this bank is?

Always loved this branch, been banking here for years. recently, tried calling the branch a few times, but it always goes to manager's phone. Seems like they have changed how to route calls. If manager is not there, there is no way to talk to anyone else! Why should the bank manager become the operator? This is bad!

Very hard to communicate because not one single person here has a good command of english. They are rude. Employees are very lazy and nasty. Seems they hate white americans.

We bank with Suntrust in many ways, but seldom go to a branch. Had to go there for a notarization. We were late but banker Ms Talwar was kind enough to wait for us. Otherwise it would have dragged another week. Great service!
