I called multiple times trying to get help on a double charge situation and they’ve repeatedly picked up the phone and just let it sit there with no response. I would sit there hearing voices and background noises but no one responding to my calls. Had to go in person to see if I can get things fixed.

Very Large selection, Clean and well organized, Plenty of help and cashiers, lots of parking. A small but useful produce section and an extensive grocery section. A very pleasant experience.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Target yesterday! The prices are so reasonable, and the stores are so inviting in appearance. Store clerks are very helpful!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE!!! I ordered a vacuum cleaner, it was delivered and then an hour later I was charged TWICE the amount. I only received ONE item and when online says I only have one item and charged twice the customer service representative said “We can’t refund you until we send it to the proper person to address your info” mind you they have a picture of the vacuum at my door so they know for a fact it was only one item. I absolutely will never ever go to target or shop online again! I still haven’t gotten a refund!

Target has the best customer services, their employees are always very helpful. I always have a positive experience at target and I love their drive up pickup very convenient and order is always ready in a timely manner.

Why do you have self check out closed in the middle of the day? So frustrating if you’re looking to buy something small and have to wait behind people with multiple items.

This Target is great with plenty of inventory and easy in/out access. The online order/store pickup function is always efficient and the employees are friendly and always helpful.

If you’re going to start putting tiny security devices on your clothing items, you need to add a prompt to your self check out computers to require an associate to remove them. Getting all the way home to find them was really irritating.
