I stopped to ask for requirements to open a Checking account and I found funny when the person asked me if I was a US citizen and to bring my social security card even when I am aUS citizen I am not going back, they should place a sign saying US ONLY bank

Service is superior! Bank manager Manuel asks about the service and gives individual attention to everyone. Staff is helpful and understanding. Today they helped me open an account for my 13 year old and she was thrilled!

Employees are not helpful when you ask for an withdrawal request first they tell you we do not have enough money and then we can only give you $20 or $50 bill

All of the tellers here seem nice but usually, there's often a problem that causes the delay of normal everyday transactions. And so, whenever I visit this branch, the transactions often take at least a few minutes longer here than it used to at my previous bank.

MY BEST BANKNG EXPERIENCE IN USA!!The whole credit goes to Rano Bhurjee, she has provided me Four Seasons Hotel like Hospitality at a bank.Not only she went an extra mile for me, also additional options which weren’t available at her branch she went out of her way check other branches, spoke to other branch manager and made sure that everything is ready for me. The best part is I am not even a TD Bank customer!!!I deal with almost all majority banks and never received close to it.Rano a big asset to TD Bank, take care of her. Because of her I am a TD Bank customer now.

Rano is the best customer service representative and she is very knowledgeable and is very friendly and professional. I totally recommend everyone to go to her because she is one of the best. She went above and beyond with us and I’m glad to say that I had the best experience today and will return back to the same location every time. The moment I came in, she made it very welcoming and connected with me and I felt comfortable opening my business account with her. She is the best and inchallah she should be promoted soon.
