Dan and his team are truly amazing to work with! We have hired them several times and have recommended them to our friends.They replaced our kitchen countertops and built us a light-up custom wet bar in our basement.Dan has an excellent eye for design and helped us through the entire process. He picked out great slabs from our selections and lined up the veins perfectly between the cuts. He came up with creative, modern ways of enhancing the islands and we couldn't be happier with the results! He communicates well, is very knowledgable and a great guy to work with! Just wanted to pass along the highest recommendation for Dan Kaul and his team at Top Marble & Granite. Within 24 hours of my call, Dan's team had been out to my property to measure, drew up a design and suggested a countertop. Time from start to finish was a week. Dan's super responsive, and the results are fantastic. Can't wait to use him again.

My wife and I had a great experience with Dan at Top Marble. We had been having a hard time finding something that we both loved for our kitchen counter, and Dan quickly absorbed our disparate likes/dislikes and identified a sample of quartz that ticked all of our boxes.When it came time to select our slab and have it cut and installed, Dan made it easy and cost effective, with minimal seams. We were able to use just one slab for our whole kitchen and maximized the size of the island. Folks from Top Marble used a super accurate (laser?) tool to measure the space exactly, and the slab was cut perfectly and installed quickly. Dan gave us recommendations on maintenance and even fixed/sealed some tiny dings that were caused by another contractor after it was installed.Highly recommend.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Look no further. You have found your tile, marble, quartz, and kitchen renovation specialists. Dan and his guys are truly a dream team. We just completed a major overhaul of our kitchen, half bathroom, and three full bathrooms from scratch.Design: 12/10... Dan himself always has some crazy, out-of-the-box ideas that always end up working well together. My wife and I bounced many ideas around with Dan, and we settled on a beautiful Quartz stone for the kitchen and bathrooms and ended up doing marble with a waterfall edge in the master. Dan spent about 2 hours with my wife and me between the time at his shop and the stone warehouse to pick out this specific marble for our primary bathroom, and we are so happy with it!Tile: 10/10. Dan's crew does the best tile work I have personally seen in the DMV area. They tiled 3 full bathrooms, including 3 showers and the bathroom floors. Installing doing Ditra Heat in the primary bathroom to keep the feet nice and toasty underfoot in the winter!Fabrication of stone: All of the stone in our house looks fantastic. They did a great job cutting all the under-mount sinks perfectly, and the edges are smooth with no rough spots.Installation of Stone: The install crew for the stone install was on time, quick, very clean, and did a great job.Overall, I am extremely impressed with Dan and the Top Marble and Granite team. The crew is very detail-oriented and keeps the job site clean daily, which is impressive. Every day after working the tile guys, would vacuum and clean the entire area.Overall I give Dan a 10/10. I already recommend him to all my friends and family!

I was simply blown away throughout my entire experience with Dan! I called to quote a utility room cabinet and countertop. Dan referred me to a great place to obtain a quality cabinet (not MDF, but plywood), then worked with me to ensure I was well taken care of and got exactly what I was looking for. Pricing was fantastic and he went above and beyond to get me taken care of quickly. Lastly, the install team was fantastic (polite, professional, and treated my house like it was theirs)!I would certainly recommend Top Marble and Granite and will use them in the future for my other remodel projects.

Dan was exactly who I was looking for as I was spinning my wheels with my renovation project. I wanted to replace my kitchen island, kitchen countertops, and bathroom vanity top. Everyone I spoke with before Dan would just accept my initial selections without feedback, which I really wanted to hear. I stopped in at Dan's and he provided me really valuable recommendations, making sure I selected quartz the cabinets that fit with my flooring and cabinets (my initial selections would not have come out as nicely for my space). It also helped that his prices were far better than big orange.When it came time for the installation, his team was super professional, quick, and clean. It took them one day to get all the major work done, and another half day to install a tile backsplash I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the results.I've been sending friends to Dan and he's always happy to help them out, even if they decide to go a different direction. This is the first time I have written a review. I was so impressed with the exemplary job performance from Top Marble and Granite that I wanted to share my experience with others. Dan makes sure his clients know complete satisfaction is his top priority. I have renovated several homes over the years and it can be a difficult and messy process. Dan and his team actually made my renovation pleasant. They did marble counter tops in all my bathrooms and a complete kitchen renovation.
