Staff told me to leave my USPS prepaid labeled package at the drop off, so I did. I did not receive a receipt and didn't realize I needed one because no one told me. They lost my package because no one scanned it in. At all the other USPS post offices, someone will scan your package and the tracking will update. This place did not do that and my tracking number never updated. I tried calling this place to discuss, and no one answers the phone, ever. I went in person to this place to discuss, and the staff was rude to me and tried to tell me I never dropped off the package, and the manager did not do anything to fix this situation. The manager basically told me I'm losing my 200 dollar package and have no proof it was there... EVEN THOUGH, I have the exact time and date I went there because of my google location tracking. She did not even open up any kind of "lost package" case with me. I would not recommend this place or have anything nice to say about the people who work here. I want the district manager to contact me about this situation because it is clearly a normal thing that happens here.

Be wary about making a passport appointment here. I made an appointment a month in advance and was notified two days prior to the appointment that they are cancelling all weekend appointments for the forseeable future (...yet you are still able to make these appointments online...).

Management at this location is completely inept. They have no concept of staffing for volume and if you ask her for any assistance she'll get mad and huff at you IF she agrees to help which I rarely see her do. The counter staff are generally kind but rarely show any sense of urgency. The Monday 2 weeks before Christmas and management scheduled the new trainee to run the entire lobby by herself. No wonder they're losing money hand over fist, 2 people have already bailed on the line, one telling their partner to look up the nearest FedEx.

Supposedly opens at 0900. 0920 opens door to lobby. A teller finally showed up at 0930. Ridiculous.

Poor customer service. Rude staff and very disrespectful. Worker was in her phone and did not give her name with no name tag and refused to tell me her name. Will never go back.

The mailman that does my route constantly makes mistakes. One package said delivered but was obviously placed in the incorrect mailbox (and we have a neighborhood locked cluster box) and I never got that back. Then I started getting the boxes too big to be placed in mailbox so it could hopefully be placed at the correct door (maybe its hard to see what slot belongs to what apartment) and SOMEHOW the box made it all the way from across the country yet still said "insufficient address" when it was on its way to me. I know it was correct and legible, I saw it myself. I dont know what the issue is but we can never trust our packages to be delivered by our mailman. Even if its insured and priority packages, it doesn't matter. They don't do anything after a claim. Sometimes they show up. Half the time they don't.

Horrible horrible customer service, they don’t even treat people with respect! Pick up mail “service” there wasn’t a single soul attending there, me and a group of ppl been waiting for over 30 minutes!!!!!!! And nobody gives a s*ht about us waiting. The guy working there was very rude and unprofessional.

Disposed my package with est cost $30 with reason insufficient address. Yes, issue with empty street name, but number of house was appear and phone number also.

the mail delivery service to my residence is consistently Incompetent USPS just leaving mail laying at curb on the street. The Chantilly Incompetent USPS Mailman Deliberately Leaves/tosses packages and Priority Mail® on the curb right by my USPS approved standard mailbox on a wood post. Also, this USPS delivery persons constantly deliver the wrong mail. Whereas, they are addressed to different neighbors, are addressed to different street completely. I’m also consistently missing mail. There is serious problem this USPS branch’s residential delivery service. Whereas, if it was an occasionally an issue that would be forgivable. However, this is habitual with the USP service to my home. 4410 BROOKFIELD CORPORATE DR. CHANTILLY, VA 20151-9998.
