The store is well stocked, with items neatly shelved. Although it’s lightly staffed, the team is attentive, and there’s hardly any wait at checkout. The pharmacy, however, is a different story—there are several pharmacists who appear busy, but there’s little attention given to customers waiting to drop off or pick up prescriptions. It seems like better management or workflow coordination could make a big difference there.

I highly recommend opening an online account with them so you can receive email notices of all of their deals and acquire rewards points for your purchases. It's especially great to add their virtual coupons to your account so that if you physically go to the store, they appear as you check out. Walgreens offers many incredible deals! Their customer service number is wonderful and easy to work with. I like going into the store and ordering online. In the store experience, it's very quick when checking out, if there are 3 oe mire people in line, they usually open up another cash register. I've never had to wait mire than a few minutes. Just discovered their photo department with an awesome deal they offered. Very pleased!

Once pharmacists are very helpful for people. Now days there is no kind to people. Only they need money they are not showing right path to patients. They charge more especially inflation time. They have charged more, when you don’t have any health insurance due to some bad situation. There should be another way to pay for her/her medicine to protect his/her life. Also other products like tissue and toothbrush and toothpaste it shows 1 dollar but they are charge 8 dollars when I asked what is this 3 times where I didn’t understand but latter to told me only for Walgreens customers. Very bad damaging is happening with careless people.

They don't read doctors orders and prior authorizations well, or at all. They will fill with a generic that causes adverse reactions instead of filling the Rx according to the script or prior authorization. Moving my Rx management elsewhere.

This is a review of the pharmacy - it is HORRIBLE. I wish this rating was just applicable to this Walgreens but it is applicable to EVERY Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to across three different states in VA, MA, and IL. I am Type 1 Diabetic and take blood pressure medications. A. They rarely have what I need in stock and ALWAYS have to order it B. Even though I order the same prescriptions every three months they say that the insurance will not cover what my Dr. prescribed and always end up calling the insurance for the same thing (this may not be entirely them - United Healthcare sucks too). C. The pharmacists/staff do not seem to care that I need these medications to stay alive. I order them 1 to 2 weeks before I need them, get a message/text telling me they are ready, and they rarely are. Then when I get there I'm informed they can't fill the order because they don't have all the pills/insulin. When I just tell them to give me what they have and I can get the rest later when they have it they say the insurance won't let them do that (part of this is on United Healthcare too - don't know why they don't allow partial fills - it cost them the same money). Then they have to call the insurance to get authorization for a partial fill - this happens every time I order for them and happens at every Walgreens at every state I have been too. The pharmacist does not care - I have to prod them every time stating I have to have the medication to stay alive and prod them to coordinate with the insurance to issue me a partial delivery. This has happened at EVERY WALMART I have been to across three different states. Walgreens as a company and a pharmacy is HORRIBLE.

The worst place to get vaccinated, I made an appointment with my daughters and the information on the website was totally different from what they say. Worse customer service, it seems like they have no experience to do their job.
