This review is for Ahmad , absolute rude chap who does not know what he is doing. He was not able to find prescription for a simple medicine and wasted my time. Also his behaviour towards other lady employees was arrogant and not gentlemanely. Walmart you can employ better people specially in pharmacy where some manners would be highly appreciated.

Worst place ever. Had to come back twice and still had to wait 30 minutes to get this ready. On top of that they don’t accept good Rx codes so you have to pay full price.

This pharmacy is awesome especially the staff. I don’t know if i am writing the associates name right, i guess her name is pret. She was very helpful and patient. Definitely coming back to this pharmacy. I will thanks pharmacist Nisha to help me get what I wanted.

I went to pick my moms medication, and came across a wonderful team. Ahmad and Preet, They were super sweet and friendly! I also appreciated Preet's amazing customer service and the way she helped me out! She only took two minutes to give my meds. The pharmacist Ahmad is also very professional.

There are numerous employees walking around the store and not a single one could help. I waited in the electronics department for ten minutes while a couple before me waited the same amount of time.

I want to like Walmart Chantilly but I just cannot. It is the store that I only go to when I must. Empty shelves. It seems like everytime I go there stuff is never in stock, and many times full rows of items empty. It is horrible. The store use to be great but it has gone downhill. Too many employee turnover and people seem unhappy and unfriendly. It is sad to see. One time I went in for roteserrie chicken, none. I saw a woman putting some in the plastic containers it comes in through the window in the back. I waved at her and told her I was waiting for it. She said it will be out soon. I waited for 30 minutes and went to the post office across the street and then came back, waited again. I really needed it for a recipe. She had a bunch on a counter in the back but wouldnt bring them out. Its okay but its a store I avoid unless I need to be there.I dont even know why I am not giving it 1 star except for the fact that I go there occasionally.

I bought a 19.99 dollar game and it didn't work so i had my receipt and they didn't take because the plastic was already open and they kept making excuses and it's just d*** but the Walmart customer service is so bad target is better

I bought a pair of frozen shoes for my toddler for 14.99 and I had to return them because the shoes are different sizes. I had my receipt with me and I purchased it from Dulles location yesterday but the costumer service man on this Chantilly location only refunded me 9.99. His excuse was because it is from another location. I told him that is not correct and he kept insisting that is the price that I paid. I went to get the same shoe to show him that he refunded me the wrong amount but he wasn't there anymore and there was 2 ladies just trying to get rid of me, keep making sorry excuses. Saying the item I returned was cheaper because they r different sizes of shoes, that Dulles store has different price yadda yadda. I had the receipt that showed the correct amount. Saturday November 23 8:40 pm costumer service crew sucks. That 9.99 charge on my receipt that you are trying to refund me for the pair of shoes is for the frozen water bottle. I know it was near costumer service closing time but cmon do your job. Don't just pick a random item on the receipt to refund. Do your job correctly. I just didn't want to argue with them in front of my toddler and they turned off the lights without resolving the issue.

This is a poorly designed Walmart with limited space for one cart through some of the sections. The layout is different from the other ones nearby, which just takes getting used to. The location is very busy to get in and out since it's right by the Dulles Expo center and off a busy road. The only reason why I choose to go to this location is when I need to kill some time before picking someone up from the airport since IAD is about 10 mins away.

Since I started getting meds here my wife and I joke that they have an "A+" team & an exact opposite "F" team (F for failure to even slightly care.) The A team is run by a very nice & courteous female of Asian decent. She & those working w/ her have frequently gone above & beyond for us so much that I would never have another Pharmacist ever again if possible. The F team on the other hand, run by a young male w/ dark hair of possible Persian or Middle Eastern descent & his team have made zero effort to help us multiple times. From not informing me of a $100+ difference in med cost between tabs or capsules to refusing to contact my Dr's office to verify a script. He was even ballsy enough to actually give me my Dr's direct # for pharmacy to nurse medication requests telling ME to do their job for them. So plz, give the A+ team (5*) a huge raise cause they truly care about the customer & kick the F team (1*) to the curb.

I was there was a half star ratingin Yelp ,This place would've gotten 3 1/2 stars, I'm giving It the the benefit of the doubt, it is Generallya good Walmart, as good as it gets I guess ,I did not encounter the usual issues that people have With Walmart (The long lines, and a bad customer service) on the contrary, I felt that the sales people had good customer service training, I guess the only exception would be the people staffing the returns Section, perhaps they are overworked or they were just having a bad day to be fair to them, they did not sound very friendly come on over all a good experience This grocery pick up service is a genius idea , saves a lot of time , very convenient , we love it Congrats Walmart , you are hereby awarded the fifth star
