There was employee name (Abdul )
he was very rude with us never expected this kind of behaviour we felt like full of recasim … I really felt like he was judging our brown skin
We really felt uncomfortable!!
Respected Walmart management please look into this issue please prioritise.
We aren’t going to step into this Walmart !
Am going to make sure to post this in social media I’ll also make sure it reaches the local community leadership ..!

Recently I got hurt (Metal stopper for pillows injured my hand) in Walmart. The store cameras recorded the incident; Walmart confirmed that they verified the videos and it was their fault; BUT they are saying in the state of Virginia they don’t pay for the type of of injury that I have. This is Ridiculous and Discrimination…

Store product selection is than most in the area, location is decently well kept, customer service is decent.
The biggest issue is the self checkouts card readers are horrible. There is no NFC, you are resorted to use card. No tap NFC payment either. So you can insert or swipe. The system won't let you swipe as it requires you to insert the card. Whenever inserting the card, it always errors out until you stay there at the register for 10 minutes, just to have it recognize the card is inserted. Please have your self checkouts card readers upgraded.

This Walmart was clean and stocked, had all the items we were looking for. But what makes this location different is due to the customer service of the staff! There were some complications with our bulk purchase, but they went above and beyond to help us! Special mention to Syeda, Nabina, and Indira for their patience, understanding, and tremendous help. Thank you and will definitely return!

At customer service and literally one person working and there’s a long line with at least 10 people behind me. There were 3 people ahead of me and now only one. Already waited over 10 minutes. The person working didn’t call for help

It was one of the best Walmarts, they moved the products here for a while and now everything is confusing. Plus the products are no longer as fresh. Example lemons without juice. Stale takis, etc.

This Walmart has re-arranged most of its hard food shelves to mirror other stores (even though they're not built the same). The aisles tend to be blocked by vendors in the mornings and large "pick-up" carts in the afternoon. The staff is not friendly and typically they don't know where items are that you can't find on your own. I believe that's because only a few of their associates speak English. There were seven items out of 10 that I was shopping for that were either out-of-stock or discontinued. Shopping at this Walmart is not a pleasant experience. And yes, people park in front of the "Fire Zone" sign.

Staff were friendly and plenty of varieties are available. Parking is challenging due to other stores next to this store. This is probably first Wal-Mart where during exit, staff was checking the receipt (like Sam’s Club).
