I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with this store and will not be shopping here again. I’ve placed multiple pick up orders at this location and have always had extended wait times. Today was no exception- I placed a pick up order earlier in the day, checked in and waited in excess of 30 minutes outside with no status updates regarding my order. I called and no one answered the phone despite the store being open. After allowing the phone to ring with no answer for several minutes, I went inside to inquire about the status of my order and was told that the pickup team had left for the day. When I expressed frustration at still being allowed to check in to collect my order despite no one being available to bring it out to the car (and without anyone offering to hand it to me in store) my concerns were not taken seriously or resolved. When I asked for a member of management to assist, I was made to wait for an additional 25 minutes only to be told that I’d have to come back the next day. So, despite being able to check in and waiting over an hour- the best they could offer was for me to come back another day despite pre-paying and my order being prepared and ready. That is simply unacceptable and between my experience tonight and previous experiences with extended wait times- I simply won’t be shopping at this location or any other Walmart store. They have plenty of competitors who prioritize customer experience and I’d rather spend my money there than to have my time repeatedly wasted. I’m sure the store doesn’t care about my experience, otherwise my concerns would have been resolved. However, potential customers should be aware that associates aren’t particularly helpful and service is slow if you’re able to get any help at all.

Sorry to put it this way but just another Walmart. Nothing special, nothing bad. I do appreciate most of the pricing. Store layout is always pretty much the same from store to store so always easy to find what you need. I will continue to shop at Walmart.

I give Walmart a five-star rating! Their Chantilly, Virginia store provides excellent customer service, a vast selection of products, and competitive prices. The #self-checkout option is amazing, adding convenience to the shopping experience.

Great produce, wonderful options, and the best pricing overall. Sales associates are professional, helpful, and so very friendly. During Covid, Walmart was dependable and saved time and exposure to many of us who didn’t want to be in shopping centers. Walmart is extremely customer focused, always concerned about my satisfaction with products and groceries—and they stand behind their customers.

Twice now I've bought items at Walmart and parts were missing.Blinds that were missing instructions and half the hardware needed to install them. I also bought a steam cleaner and a major piece was missing. Not buying from Walmart anymore.

This Walmart allows overnight truck parking. The inside is huge and has everything you need as well as super friendly staff that are really helpful!

I was shopping for a hair product today. At the section, I found the product line;l. Since the product line has several different color shades, I was looking for the specific colors. What I found was that all colors and shades were mixed, making it really difficult to find the color/shade.

Title: Mixed Experience at WalmartI recently visited Walmart, and I wanted to share my experience with you. While there were both positive and negative aspects, I believe an honest review would be helpful to others.Upon entering the store, I appreciated the wide selection of products available. Walmart's extensive range of items made it convenient to find what I needed. The store was also well-organized, making it relatively easy to navigate through different sections.However, I did encounter some challenges during my visit. Firstly, I found the store to be quite crowded, which made it difficult to move around freely, especially in the aisles. Additionally, it seemed that some areas were not adequately restocked, as certain items were out of stock or in limited supply.I also encountered some issues with customer service. While some staff members were helpful and willing to assist, others appeared busy or disengaged. It would have been more pleasant if there was consistent and attentive customer support throughout the store.On a positive note, the checkout process was relatively smooth and efficient. There were several checkout lanes open, which helped to expedite the process. However, I did notice that some self-checkout stations were not functioning properly, leading to longer wait times.In summary, my visit to Walmart had its ups and downs. While the store's wide selection and organization were commendable, the crowded environment, sporadic restocking, and inconsistent customer service left room for improvement. I hope that Walmart takes these points into consideration to enhance the overall shopping experience for its customers.

My son picked up the basketball ?, the price was $15 dollars and the cashier charged $50 dollars. After we paid we checked the receipt, the cashier charged wrong and we want to return they said customer service closed. Nobody helped us to return. Not good

As far as Walmarts go it's a good one. Clean, stocked up, but the store is a little small. That said, normally I find the items I need ranging from groceries to DIY items.

Very crowded but convenient. Lines are always super long. All employees should be trained to cashier. Tons of employees but none at the register. They do this because they'd have to pay them more if they are trained in other areas. They also do not use mobile pay or any for if digital wallet. I came in to buy flowers for my mother in the hospital and only had my digital wallet at the time. When I saw it was not accepted, I placed an online pickup order and brought the flowers in my pickup order to customer service. They informed me that my order was not ready yet even though I had the order in my hand. They told me I'd have to come back in 2 hours when my order is ready. Makes absolutely no sense

Never ever order pickup here. You'll wait for an hour, nobody will answer the phone, the app will do nothing, and nobody will care. Way faster to just go in yourself and never put yourself in a position to be reliant on anyone working here.
