Wawa in general is great but this Wawa for some reason service wise is slow, the sizzli turkey sausage croissant is out every morning almost, hash browns same thing. If something is selling fast make more of that and less of the other items. Food orders are noticeably slower at this location. I go to Dunkin’ in the morning to avoid the delay while knowing coffee is better at Wawa. Having to leave something I paid for behind because I can’t wait for them to make more is having me livid. Everyone gets a hash brown with the meals why not have enough so everyone gets one. And in the evening because I live right by, it’s either the sandwich’s are dry or overly sauced causing bread to break apart. I love Wawa it just gotta be this location that’s not meeting the standards.

Failed to do their job. Didn’t put an “out of service” sign on the air pump, so we tried to use it. We didn’t realize it wasn’t working until the tire was basically flat and we couldn’t drive on it. Went inside to tell the employees that the air pump wasn’t working, the employees said that they already knew but didn’t feel like putting up the sign. We then had to put on our own spare tire, just so we could drive somewhere else to get air. Insanely lazy and inconsiderate to their customers.

Went in at 1:30am and the people behind the counter had no problem at all making me a turkey bacon ranch melt. Whitney was the employee who was super friendly and dropped what she was doing to make the sandwich. She also made it very quick and put it together/cooked perfectly. Whitney and the other employees friendly attitude and amazing service are the reason I’m writing this. Kudos to this location

Love coming here in the AM. The ladies there are very nice and very good at making the MTO items. It's nice to see how well known they are by the other customers. These are the type of workers I love to see.

Repeated problems with the food service here and the cash register. They advertise specials and then they don't provide the advertised price. Watch out when you go here, they really don't care about their customer. Not typical for a wawa experience.

Wawa has great prices and the food isn't bad, but the people who work behind the counter there do not care about their job. They won't lift a finger to help a customer and don't even know what!s going on at their station. Today I went by and tried to fill up with diesel. My card was approved and I put the nozzle in the tank Abd pulled the handle. Nothing. I went inside to the cashier and he had no idea why the pump wasn't working and showed no concern whatsoever. He told me to go to another pump. So I did. Same thing. Card was approved, but no fuel.
I went back inside and had to chase down a manager, who told me as if I should have known that their diesel pumps were not working. But they had no signs to tell the customers that, and the guy behind the counter didn't know-- or care. This is LOUSY customer service. I just wasted 15 minutes of my time at this place and still came away with no fuel. Folks, you can do better!

So all I'm doing is doing an Uber eats... On the Uber eats site. It tells you exactly what to do when you hit awa wa. I think they need to let all their customer service people know what it says because someone had an attitude with me. When I followed the actual instructions it told me to go somewhere else and look for the food. Like you have a job. Congratulations for having this job I'm delivering food right now. I'd love to have a job if I can come to continuously.

Skip this Wawa. Seems to be under staffed kids hang out here in groups. Manger didn’t jump in the help his team. Waited 30 minutes for a simple order. What a joke
