I don’t get my nails done regularly, but every time I want a mani-pedi, I go here. No matter the technician, I get great service (the foot massages are the best!) and lovely nails with regular nail polish.

I’ve always had a truly wonderful experience at Westone, especially with Shawn. He is absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and attentive. He takes his time with everything and always makes sure I feel comfortable and cared for. Every visit with him has been nothing short of excellent, and I can honestly say it’s always been the best experience.

I’ve been going back to Shawn and have not been disappointed!! I’ve always been a white tip French and square girly and this last time he convinced me to try a new shape and color and I am OBSESSED!!
Yet again..I have been BLESSED by Shawn and his talents!! I tried something new today instead of doing my usual white french tips!!! IM IN LOVE!!💜

The staff is so amazing, and my nails turned out so flawless!! The person who did my name was Shawn and he was so sweet and kind, he also talked to me during the process instead of the awkward silence most nail places have!! The price was also very fair for the services.

I live in Richmond and when I tell you the trips I make up to NOVA to see Shawn at Westone are more than worth it! He does AMAZING nail art everytime and has always been able to go above and beyond what I could hope for in a final result. Super sweet and nice if you go into the salon make sure you book with him he’s incredible!

UPDATE: the burn hurts pretty bad now, and seems to be pretty raw. changing my review to 2 stars. Highly disappointed and will not be going back.
i I gave it a 3 cause my eyebrow wax could’ve been better. I got my toes done and it was beautiful! But I got my eyebrows waxed and my skin got irritated. Def don’t get a wax there, the lady put alcohol after my wax which burned pretty bad and now I have a mark on my face.
