Cary Hill 1741 is a picturesque time capsule of Southern decadence and charm, lovingly maintained for over 275 years. Our beautiful 18th century venue situated on 60 acres is a private yet accommodating space that also has access to some of Virginia’s most exciting sights and cities. Surrounded by a 5,000-acre wildlife preserve and steeped in a setting of historic charm, Cary Hill 1741 has everything you need to make your event unforgettable. This is an outdoor venue for events over 25 guests. Commercial tent packages available for events over 25 guests. Our maximum capacity is 125 guests.

Beautiful venue. Artistic, vintage, woods surrounding and laid back. This venue was perfect for us. Only thing was a loud truck drove by during the ceremony :( other than that everything was perfect! Thank you Steve for everything!

Cary Hill has been masterfully restored and decorated, making it an unforgettable place for any event! The pool and cottage are great additions to allow many different options.
