Super unhelpful, RUDE and sold literal junk. Upsold the product and literally put a band-aid on all the issues the car was known to have and REFUSED to admit any fault even after promising to fix what they knew was messed up.

So glad for these honest reviews, this places isn't even on Yelp which concerned me and then to read the minor problem when people are looking for a long term situation.

Be aware of this car mechanic guy . His name is Sid .He have car tent room in this place . That’s where he fix the people cars . So this is what happen I let him to install 2 front Struts which I bought it from amazon and paid him $150 each total $300 also I decide to let him to install CV joint while he’s working with strut . He told me he gonna buy cv joints for my car and I had to pay him $450 for part and installation.I paid total $750 to him. He said he fixed my car and get all money from me .But 2 hours later after driving my car ,cv joint was making noise and I was so scared to drive I look underneath the car there was lots of Greece all over the cv joint . I had to leave my car in the parking near ihop on 29 parking lot . I called that guy and told about car . He said he’s in Richmond so I wait till next day. Then he called back around afternoon Next day, he told me to meet me where I left the car in 30 minutes so I waited there. Almost 50 minutes not show up. Then I call again. He said he’ll be there in three minutes and finally he did came after 10 minutes took the key. He said he will take a look later .He called me back on evening and said nothing wrong with my car.I went back to get my car. It wasn’t making noise again so I drove maybe one hour later still making a noise again then I did not trust him at all so I had to take my car to Meinake car care center on 29 . I paid $96 just to look and find out what cause noise . And they say cv joint is not good . Then I tried to call him. He never answered. I also notice he stole my new break pads and put old one in my car I tried to report to police They said they cannot do anything, because it was decision made each other . so I just want to alert people about this scammer.

I bought a car from them in 2022 with what I was assured was a valid state inspection sticker on it. I didn't drive it much and the brakes got VERY loud. When I went to get the brakes fixed and a new inspection sticker, I had only put 1500 miles on the car but was shown that all four brakes were completely worn down (including the rear brakes on a front wheel drive car!), that the front passenger wheel was barely hanging on and the caliper was out of place. I had to pay $3000 to get all four brakes fixed, the caliper rebuilt, and a new ball joint and tie rod for the front passenger wheel. There is absolutely NO WAY ON EARTH it could have passed a legit state inspection within YEARS. Do not trust these people.

Excellent service with looking at vehicles and test driving and the honest truth about sales. They are willing to work with you and they are not pushy. We went back twice and just wasn't sure. And in the end with no Hassel we were able to purchase a vehicle with ease and at a reasonable price. No outrageous price and they helped with tags and title. Awesome people and company. Thank you gentlemen for all of your help and patience and not pushing us to buy.

Purchased a Range Rover within 2 weeks of driving it broke down I told them about it they did nothing the tires were bad the suspension was even worse just a bad vehicle
